The product is excellent quality
The product is excellent and arrived within the timescale. I am very pleased with it.
Unfortunately DPD made a complete mess of the delivery and instead of delivering it to me they sent it back to Duvalay! Duvalay had to start the process all over again!
The staff in customer services were very helpful and managed to get my order back out to me very quickly.

Great purchase!
Very pleased with my recent purchase of the Duvalay silver topper.
It has transformed the uncomfortable bed in our caravan and I finally got some decent sleep whilst away and didn’t wake up with back and hip pain!
Perfect fit too. Easy to roll up and store under the seat. Love the zipped fitted cover. Quite expensive but can you put a price on comfort?
Would definitely buy again.♥️

Great service at the factory showroom…
Great service at the factory showroom and we needed the mattress on quite a short delivery to make our next trip. Came in time and had a wonderful first night's sleep, can't recommend them enough.

Very happy with our Duvalay Topper
We ordered online and followed the easy to use process and instructions. The proposal was sent and payment was straightforward. On confirmation of the size and shape of our Duvalay Topper for our motorhome, the order was passed to production. I made a quick call to the sales team as I wasn’t sure my email was working and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Our package was delivered in just a few days by express shipping as requested. This is our third purchase from Duvalay and we have never been disappointed with their product quality and reliability.

Good quality product which was packaged well for delivery. It arrived in half the expected time, 5 rather than 10 days. Found the 2.5” toppers very comfortable. The fitted sheets were also of good quality and perfect fit.

Definitely worth it
Tried out our Duvalays this weekend and they were great. Very comfortable. Loved the cover width too - very generous, so no issues with it creeping up and leaving you uncovered.
I ordered the memory foam and my wife got the Freshtec.
The ties help keep it together when storing and putting into the bags, which was less hassle than I feared it might be.
