Efficient in moving very heavy item (piano). Not cheap - but entirely to be expected. Pleased that piano will be recycled rather than dumped. Would recommend D and D.

Contacted John as I was downsizing and had some furniture that was surplus to my needs and too worn to go to charity. The guys were spot on time as I was running to a tight schedule. They were polite and the job was done quickly and efficiently with no fuss. Would certainly recommend.

Dun-n-Dusted are excellent. I needed some waste removing from a kitchen refitting and the removal was organised and carried out in two days. John and his team were very friendly, quick to respond to emails and calls, and did a great job removing all and any waste from the photos I sent.

Came promptly on the same day, and removed waste as requested. Highly recommended especially in situation where the City Council fails to do its job.

Had an issue with one of their impatient drivers tailgating and flashing his lights behind me. When I rang to complain the owner put the employee in question on the phone to me. Unbelievable. I had been doing 40 in the 40 zone around Testos roundabout and this muppet tried to tell me the limit was 50. When the inside lane was clear and I moved over he sped off at the speed of light. Hope he gets a ticket. Not a word of apology. If this is an example of the sort of people they employ stay well clear. Will never use them.

Excellent service. We’re able to attend in a few days of my enquiry and quoted immediately. They were even able to do the job there and then. Really tidy and good covid compliance. Would recommend.

I contacted Dun-n-Dusted for a garden clearance job for a house I have in Peterlee where some delightful people had dumped a load of various items.
Living in London, it was all arranged over the phone at 2pm, by 4pm John sent me images of the cleared area.
I put my trust in John when making an upfront payment due to the nature of some of the material being hazardous, and he delivered.
A very trustworthy, honest and reliable company who I highly recommend and will use again when the need arises
