Unfortunately Calvin has a dreadful attitude. My husband purchased a bike for over €2000. He was called to say the bike was ready to collect (we had to wait for a phone call after the order to collect)
We he arrived he was then advised the bike could not be given as the payment could not be found. (Even though €1000 of this was on a gift card bought by my me for my husband) this happened twice. Eventually 4 days later he picked up the bike and brought it home only to find the keys were not given for the battery so yet again he had to return to the store.
Terrible experience but didn’t want to leave a review until Calvin dealt with myself in work on the phone shouting and screaming on the phone to the point I hung up.

Could not recommend store manager Calvin in santry more. He is a wealth of knowledge and and excellent salesman, very friendly and helpful. 5 star

I recently had to drop my eBike into Duff Cycles in Omni Shopping Centre, Santry, where I bought it almost 2 years ago as there was an issue with the electrics. The bike was sent to GIANT to be assesssed and it was decided all the electrics would be swapped out for brand new parts. One of their bike mechanics , Antonio spent a day replacing parts , and not only that but went to the trouble of tightening anything that needed it, and gave it a general overhall. I returned to collect the bike and was talked through all the work that had been carried out on the bike, it was like a new machine!! I would highly recommend Antonio and his team whom I felt gave the repair job 110%, I would have no problem recommending Duff Cycles for their instore service, repair expertise and aftercare service.
