Worst Credit Card in UAE - do not deal anyone related to this bank. they will robbed you without knowing.

Worst ever service . Don't take this card. They give me this card mentioning free of charges. But then after charged 418 as membership fee.
Their sales man are lairs and not even picking calls after.
Please don't take this card

Worst credit card bank ever. Looting money in the name of never before seen financial charges and policies with no framework. Have statements as proof for anyone doubting my claims.

This claims to be good, but the sales guy is a big liar and gives fake commitments.
Even if you call their help line, they do not support.
This is one of the worst banks.

I am writing just to inform the people go for this credit card. which I have not done before applied, Please do not trust their sales team they would say all wrong information and put you in trouble. So please read the other reviews which I was supposed to write same. there are charges and it will not be informed to you in any case until you get the card. Very rude customer service as well you will face a lot of issues if you go with this bank card.

they will steel your money then say, oh policy is changed

Best cashback card with 400 saving a month i dont about others but im saving 5000 a year.

The Most Worst credit card in UAE, I have a wrost experience with this bank, the card was sold to me by torturing and begging every day, the sale person told me that the card is free and there's no annual fee whereas in the statement annual fee was charged when I called the customer care and complaint, the complaint management told me to pay the annual fees, I have got cheated and trapped with this bank. complaint management are not at all helpful and customer friendly, they are least bored to hear our grievance and address to it rather they strictly stick to their policy to make money.

This is also worst. The agent are scammer. At first they will tell you no annual fee then after they will charged you even though you didint use the card. Worst bank ever

This is the worst card and I wish I could negative experience for the customer service. The cash bank point does not work clearly and they always find away to not honour the point and charge you with hidden add ons.

Does this bank actually exist?

I have not been contacted by any customer service representative. I just opened the application and found out I have to pay almost 3000 dirhams of fees for late payment and some over limit fees. I don’t use this card at all and at the time of applying for the card there were no fees involved,
Just terrible

I’m struggling to close Dubai First credit card. They have given this as lifetime free card and suddenly they have charged the annual fee , after I disputed they levied late fee as well. After multiple calls they decided to reverse the fees and charge. But they’re not closing the call and just delaying the card closure even after I told clearly the card is lost. Worst service

Hello everyone,
I have Dubai first credit card and i have realised that they are cheaters as today i was going through my statement and saw that they have put finance charges unnecessarily though have paid full amount on time.
After speaking to customer support, it made me so angry as they said that i have missed .20 fils and put 342.88 aed finance charges according to them it should be 3.5% but again they failed to answer why it is this much as even if it is calculated it cannot come the said amount.
However they said we have made a complaint in the system but we are not 100% sure that it can be reimbursed also thry mentioned that the interest is still running on the card and if you dont want any further charges you have to pay immediately to stop the running charges.
They make mistakes and blame on us saying that you missed .20 fils so the charges have been incurred and so their is still interest running.i dont want what happened with me should ever happen to anybody so i had to make a review.pls share as much as possible.
PLEASE DONT FALL FOR SUCH CARDS SPECIALLY DUBAI FIRST.THEY ARE CHEATERS AND PLAY BLAME GAMES.

Dubai First owned by Largest Bank? Largest because of the modus of taking people's money. No alerts. Just instant charges. I have a credit limit of 755. Dubai First will take your money without you knowing. On your first month they will charge you a percentage of your purchase. They will charge you right away with an automatic accident insurance and credit shield even without you opting for these services. Don't forget the VAT on those charges. I tried to waive it but it's already there and the charges have never been canceled for the first month. They do not reverse their charges. Dubai First Cashback credit card is only good for the first year. Worst experience after the first year. Agents who sell you the card will tell you that the annual fee is waived for life. I told them I received an SMS about the annual fee and they said I am not part of that and they are working on it. They will not take back the 400aed annual fee and 25aed VAT. All their charges have VAT. Even the online US purchases will have a VAT because you used their credit card to convert to AED. The agents will tell you to refer friends and you will either receive a 100aed bonus or a gift. But it's all fake. After a successful referral and after 2 years there was no 100aed bonus or gift. Schedule of charges still indicate 5% online cash back as of today May 30 2022. But what's already implemented a few months ago is that it's only 3%. Now the online cashback is lesser on 3% because the clients have acclimatized on using their card. Enough reason not to give their earnings. Guess what there's no alert that the minimum cashback is not 1% anymore.

Hi all, this is the worst credit card I have ever come across.Very poor customer service and worst of all fake information was given by the lady executive for marketing. I asked for FAB card and when I got its Dubai First.Only one counter opened in whole Dubai to hear the concern of a customer who was very badly affected.They told life time free card and missed to read the SMS that it has charge of 399. If I need the close the card I need to pay extra . To meet some urgent requirement we are taking credit card . Do exploit the customer.Not fair at all…

It’s one of the worst bank providers. They don’t know how to deal with their customers. Moreover the sales representatives are also liers. They lie to you that you will get benefits with the card and after pulling you in to get the card they say sorry but the offers are not there anymore. Worst CARD AND BANK ever.

Hi I was charged 2500 without using the credit card and I didn't activate also , and there was no intimation regarding the annual fee. Is there is any way to file a complaint about this bank , very horrible experience . Please guide me

Stay away from this scammers. They will some how make you take their credit card at some random malls offering big cash backs. Even if you dont activate the card and keep it in your home, after some months they will completely change the terms and conditions without prior notice and starts charging you based on that. This is a big scam company. No credibility at all and no ethics

Customer service is really worse in terms of refunds of excess money onto the card, they are being stingy with money that doesn’t belong to them, it’s been almost am month try to claim my excess money that got as a refund but every when I give them a call they tell me they need more 2-5 working days for investigation as if they have no staff at work. Kabambini has given a hard time by extending my complaint over and over again. Kindly if you got excess money I don’t why it takes you agas to release it yet in I have a delay in payment your just automatically charge me…..

The worst experience with a card.

The sales guy promised a free for life card and requested me to take the card. I even have an email from him stating that it is free for life.

I did not even activate the card. They changed the free for life option and say they send me an email and sms mentioning that they changed the offer and now there is a AED 399 annual fee. I did not see my message and now in March after nearly 6 months they say that I have an outstanding of AED 1,800 Dhs. Firstly I didn't know that they changed the offer and secondly I don't know how does AED 399 in October become AED 1,800 in March.

Ridiculous experience. Do not fall for the sales guys words anyone.

The call center guy wouldn't connect me to a manager saying all are busy assisting other customers. I was to get a reference number after the call and that too hasn't happened. I really don't know how do I close this case now.
