I dont know how FAB is accepting the scam dubai first is doing.Dubai First cc is a complete scam with agents telling you false information just to take the card and once you discover the true information their customer service informs that they can do nothing based on management decision.Their management is covering the back of all the employees from the sales agents to the customer service and informing them to do so.
Dubai First is a complete Scam dont fall for it.

For this even 1 star is more, this finance service provider is no 1 looter to loot the customer amount for free. I had a worst experience as their sales person(Chaitanya Reddy) did not mentioned about AMF and the process of their AMF. I received a card and I have not even activated for 3 months. When I apply for loan due to emergency, their the loan got declined due to the AECB score, when I check clearly the score decrease is due to Dubai first credit card, they charged the AMF at first month itself and no sms, no email communication. When I call the customer care they are also very rude because they were trained like that which might not be their mistake. I recommend please do not keep this as an option if need any financial service. There are so many banks which gives flexible and trustworthy service. Moreover they declined my complaint raised at central bank also(I am surprised and thought to payback the AMF(as they refused to reverse), this effect not only my beaureu and also a loss of 2.2 lakhs INR due to delay in the payment for registration. fraud sales agent and no words about the financial institution. Thanks for all of this service.

bank card sales person is a cheater and giving wrong promotion offer and after that call center also not giving satisfactory answer

Advise to everyone, don't apply for this bank. They will cheat on you, they will say that their card doesn't have any charges and it is free for life. Don't believe that. Just get card from another bank but not from this Cheaters.

I have requested a loan from Dubai First since March 2023. My request was denied each month due to a lack of information which I thought was normal here in UAE (first time getting a loan). So the agent suggested getting a credit card first (no charges, free-for-life credit card) before the loan to be able to get the loan application faster and lower the interest rate for the loan- which I did get the credit card first. I received my card on June 2023 and Mofeed my agent (0562569176) said I would receive a welcome cashback benefit when using the card - which I did due to his consistent message about using the card. Once I receive my card statement which is due mid-month? Which was odd. There was a membership fee and VAT fee for the membership which cost 400 AED. Mofeed told me it will be reimbursed the next month but it didn't. Will cancel everything on this bank, but is this even a bank here in UAE?

DO NOT GET THIS CARD - THERE IS A HIDDEN MEMBERSHIP FEE DESPITE OF THE SALES TEAM SAYING ITS FOR FREE. DO NOT TRUST THE BANK.

Do not deal with Dubai First Bank, their reps lies, and they tell you what you want to hear,
All lies:
i- 6% Cash Back on all purchases, with no exceptions.
ii- No Membership Fees.
iii- No cheque of AED 50,000 to sign.

Always ask them for written confirmation,

I would advise anybody reading this to never take any financial service from Dubai First.
Their representative Mr Mohammad Shoib came to us and gave us all false information about his credit card, we as well checked his company ID.He said the credit card he is offering is free for life. We asked him to present a brochure about the card but he said the company hasn't printed it.
But when this card was delivered to us we came to know that it has upfront annual charges and that if we delay paying it, it would also have interest payment.
When we contacted the call center, they were not at all supportive for the customer, rather they were supporting their employee saying that you have signed the document and now you must pay for the annual charges.
When I went through other reviews I came to know that such kind of things have happened to many other people.
My only suggestion is to not trust Dubai first or it's sales agent. This is the modus operandi of how to dig customer pocket by deceiving them and hiding useful information and pulling out their hard earned money.

Bank and their agents won’t reveal company policy until we take the credit card , they are doing fraud , I have to pay bill to close the card which is not activated , PLEASE DONT TAKE THIS CARD, Agents are giving fake information to take card

The team is responsible for fraud sales at Dubai First Fraud Bank. I chased them for weeks to sell the credit card, promising no annual fees and a joining bonus, but once I tried activating it, it was blocked, so I contacted customer service, who told me there was a charge, and their customer service team is completely hopeless. Please avoid getting trapped by the Dubai First Bank team. It’s a shame

I applied for the free card, but surprisingly I got a billing statement after 4 months through the FAB bank and I was shocked. Even I didn't activate the card. I was not expecting the bill without activation or before using the card. When I had a call with customer service then I get to know that It was not free, there is an annual fee and you didn't pay on time now you have late payment charges as well. They said we charged the annual fee at the beginning of the year, not by the end of the year. I can not say this is the usual bank. It seems like a scam business company that made scams with their own customers. Initially, they followed up with you again and again and request to apply for the card. Later you will suffer due to the nonsense policy and get highly charged in terms of annual fees or some penalties without any prior notice via SMS regarding overdue dates etc. They don't disclose the policies transparently and their agents try to trap you by describing the good perks only. When you have a concern then the customer's services are pretty straightforward, they will say that you have signed the application, we agreed on the terms and conditions, and you should learn first before applying for the card bla bla bla.
So guys be careful with this bank. I would not like to recommend this bank ever again to anyone else.

One of worst Bank I have ever seen. Mr. Bensley from Dubai First bank approached me 6 months before for Creit card. But i was not interested. He continuously followed me up for 6 months. So I said Okay. He told me there will not be any charges for this card. Later after i received the card, I received statement with Annual Membership fee of 418.8 AED. I asked this about Mr. Bensley. He said, he will make other arrangements that customer care representative will call me and that time i should inform them like " Cancel the membership fee, if you cancel it I'll take the Quick cash". If i say this, they will cancel the membership fee. But nothing has happened. But when i informed this about Mr. Bensley, he doesn't even care about this

They are fraud they are giving wrong information then they are charging a big amount.They are making a trap.

All the service agents and customer support team lie about the offers. Never go with this banking

Pathetic service. All agents lie about the services. You will not get anything from this card except lies and mis communication. Never buy this card.

I want to share my experience with you in order to warn others not to work with such banks and to warn them about the persons that phone to start a credit card application, then no matter what happens, they keep billing customers and send their debt to collections. According to them, you need an app to view the bill. Why would I have an app for a card I don't have? I didn't even know I had one.

This is the waste card that i have been using in UAE because of agents fraud and false promises

Call center agents are somehow good, but technical team is worst in whole universe, if other banks are taking 1 day for service, Dubai first will take 7 days minimum. if you follow up for urgent, they will delay more. charges will surprise you. if you get free card, after sometimes they will replace without any information and start charging you annual fee :( , as of writing this, its been 8 days and my case to decrease card limit is still not resolved. imagine service level.
