On September 20, I received an email confirming that my SlicePay application was approved. However, I did not receive the digital card as an attachment. I have been following up since then but have not received any support to resolve this issue. There have been conflicting messages from your team, and I lack clear direction on how to proceed.

Yesterday, I received a statement of charges due by October 23, which I am willing to pay. However, without access to my digital card and the ability to register on the DubaiFirst mobile app, this is impossible. This situation is unacceptable, frustrating, and unethical.

Your lack of support has eroded my trust in your bank. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to consider legal action. It is deeply disappointing to be treated this way as a customer.

I expect prompt action on this issue.

This has been among the most disappointing banking experiences I’ve encountered. I fell victim to a fraudulent charge on my credit card amounting to AED 12,500, and although the fraudster attempted further transactions, the bank did proactively block my card, which was the extent of their helpful action. Upon submitting a dispute form regarding the unauthorized charge, the bank outright dismissed my claim without any justification. They insisted I had received an OTP which was never sent to me nor authorized by me. Intriguingly, the bank's records of the OTP delivery did not align with the date of the transaction, showing a baffling 16-day discrepancy.

Throughout this ordeal, the treatment I received from the bank felt dismissive, as if there were no further steps I could take. Despite this, I filed complaints with both the police and the central bank to seek justice. It’s disheartening to learn that my experience isn’t unique but shared by other customers. If approached by a bank representative or agent promoting this credit card, I strongly advise caution, echoing the sentiments of others who have encountered similar issues.

1. First year Free card
2. 800 Benefit for 8000 Spent, 500 Benefits for 5000 Spend.

Result:
Charged 420 Annual membership in the first statement.

Received Nil after Spending AED10,000

NO Such benefits - confirmed by Dubai First complain Department.

Agreed by the bank that staff has given misleading information using bank registered landline number confirmed by bank that their own employee is a fraud.

Card confirmation call received from bank acknowledging has all the benefits as promised.

How can you trust FAB bank? Humble request to all - kindly keep distance from this bank & employee protect yourself from this fraud.

Immediately requested all the credit cards with FAB to be cancelled - you cannot trust the bank employee then how can you deal with them? how can they cheat from the registered number of bank?

In this process, the bank involved & confirmation call for all the above benefits i received from bank registered number.

Please dont trust Dubail First Employee or any one from bank they are scammers.

Proabably the bank is good but the sales person who selling the card giving false information by saying welcome bonus, cash back, no annual fee and so on, I fall into that trap and when my first statement came they charged annual fee and VAT approximately 600 AED. His name is Mohammed/ 0527236745.

If this person providing these false information and getting customer without bank knowledge then bank can investigate internally and take action against him.
This is just a suggession, not sure how many customer had fallen with his false promise and loose their money..

I took credit card from this scammers 'Dubai First staffs' Saïd lits free for life.... And surprised to see annual fee in statement.. Dear dubai first bank, better you can send ur staffs for pickpocketing... Its harrrraaam!!!.

Free for life - Special offer (bcoz of my company) otherwise 400
5% cash back on everything (bcoz of my company)

Result:
No Joining Bonus
400 Dhs Annual Fee
5% cash back on some things only.

On receiving first statement he said system upgrade is happening, technical team said it will be fixed in next statement. When second statement came, still nothing & now doesnt respond to phone or email

I am receiving an amazing cashbacks on my daily spends. Received my joining bonus of 1000 aed as promised. Great credit card for savings if utilized smartly.

THIS IS ALARMING !!!!! Please never get this credit card! I even saw same scenario with me in one of the client.

Such a terrible customer service! I have experienced credit card fraud transaction and requested a proper investigation however the only answer I got was “the case is close we are not open the case, and it’s no our problem to prove that it’s a fraud.” from Dubai First’s customer service representative.

To extend, as per the dubai first bank, my card was registered to apple/samsung/google pay and otp was sent to my registered number however I have never shared or registered my card to any of above payment methods on date of 5th April . Also, did not see the otp on the day itself. I understand that my phone or mobile app might be hacked however the transaction was made 3days after on april 8th,2024 for 2 different transactions of AED 10000 each which the bank neither shared otp nor requested credit card pin. All I asked to my bank how as a bank you do not realize back to back two transactions of AED 10000 at 4am in the morning as a suspicious activity and all I got as an answer was “it’s a contactless transaction, we don’t have charge-back right.” Such a shame ! How can a transaction of AED20000 can be done contactless without requiring credit card pin ? What is your security measures to prevent these kind of scam attacks? But again, no answers!

Such a disgrace for DUBAI FIRST ! Not helping at all, the attitude is terrible lady called Charlene claim she is the manager who do not care at all with customer, no emphaty and just want to rub their hands off asap! Never again to use a single service from Dubai First Bank.

Being a dedicated customer since long time always paying all bills on time.. i have been charged with 563 aed just for error of 90 fils in making payment.. worst customer service speaking rudely.. i will never ever recommend for getting dubai first credit card

1 star is generous for this bank and card. I would give them -9000 which is how much money got stolen from my account and they are blaming me. I am very careful when Im paying for stuff, however still scammers managed.They didnt even notify me that they closed my case and blame me! I found out because I am annoying. The worst banking experience I ever had in my life. Maybe i never get my money back looks like it

Don't take any loan and Card from FAB Bank and Dubai first banks, they cheated me. I have taken September month quick cash 8900 with 6 months plan and 0% interest rate. Last 5 months I am paying EMI 1483.3/-, but still showing outstanding 7322/- amount. I sent mail to contactusatdubaifirst.com but still no replay.

Dubai first sales agent can go to any level of lying for the sake of selling the credit cards. i applied for cash back card but they delivered Low rate card. he told me that the cash back card do not have annual fees for the first year but i will chared 300 aed in the very first month. he told me that i will received a welcome bonus of 400 aed right away but nothing received yet. i told him that i have received wrong card and got chared for the annual fees and the name was also wrong on the card and the cash back was not reflecting on the app. he kept telling me that he will fix every thing from backend and i dont have to worry. he postponed this for one month and not we wont answer my calls or reply to messages. This is unacceptable

I have been falsely offered "CASH BACK' Credit Card by their employee Mr. Armand with following benefits especially for the Old Customers of Dubai First Credit Cards:-

Surprisingly, I received my statement on 22nd Feb 2024, and the bank has charged me Annual Fees of AED 399 + 5% VAT.

This is pathetic way to grab people's money.
No idea but they might be internally play game asking their sales person to sell the card and then asking people for annual fees in the statement.

One of the fraud company in terms of credit card.
in 2017 i got a credit card & i never use this card after that. when the agent given me he lied telling this free for life card, then in 2022 i got call from a debt collector, asking me to pay 1500 AED for this card as fine & fees.
I was really surprised & shocked & visited FAB bank because the person talked to be said they are from FAB collection department (another lie)
I visited FAB manager( he was a gem of person) he said me this kind of frauds nowadays very common with this banks, like they will give you a free for card, and after many years when you forget that you holding a card they will send email that they are upgrading due to of loyal customers (another lie)
Now i end up paying annual fees since that one email automatically upgraded our great credit card.

I paid the amount via bank transfer & asked them to close the card immediately, they did, now in 2024 after two years still my credit score is affected by this incident where i got fooled by this g frauds.
