Our main goal is to provide high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers that are ready for you to heat press, while maintaining affordability. We also supply high-quality UV DTF transfers. We are here to support screen-printers, embroiderers, brand owners, branding and heat transfer vinyl companies as well textile and label manufacturers. We have perfected our DTF prints and can complete large or small orders with ease, within a 24-hour to 48-hour processing time to ensure that our clients are able to keep their production lines flowing. Five Star service

What started as a sticky situation turned out to be really smooth thanks to Munier. His service was absolutely excellent and he went out of his way to explain things to me in detail and make sure that I had what I needed.

Horrendous customer service.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service received from DTF Africa, particularly from Elke Brink. From a lack of basic instruction being followed to returning orders multiple times — four times in total — due to repeated mistakes on their end, and despite this, still being told that payment is needed again.

Throughout communication, Elke has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, making what should have been a simple correction process incredibly frustrating. Instead of taking responsibility for their repeated errors, paying customers are made to feel at fault.

When a company provides a service, especially one involving customer orders and artwork, accuracy, professionalism, and accountability should come standard. Unfortunately, DTF Africa has failed on all three fronts.

I strongly advise others to proceed with caution when dealing them.

A company with the name Africa should harbor integrity and fairness — having an employee like that reflects neither.

Shame on you.

DTF Printing South Africa is absolutely top-notch! The team is always willing to help, going the extra mile every single time. Their service is professional, friendly, and reliable – I truly see you and appreciate the effort you put in. Not to mention, the quality of the prints is outstanding!
