Amazing customer service
If I can give 10 stars ⭐️ I’ll definitely do that right now. I had issues placing the orders online and the staff on duty J. Was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure my order got sorted out that day. I really can’t go into much explanation here but the staff J really deserves the staff of the week award. She’s amazing and so was the staff for the IT. Thanks ladies for being an Angel.

It’s great fun for science week
It’s great for science week for getting first years interested in science and chemistry and the 10kg box of dry ice can last 4 days Tuesday to Friday so a wide range of classes get to see it.

Delivered the next day
Delivered the next day. Kept for 4 days in the freezer no problem. Used it in school, the students loved it. Will definitely order again next year.

Very easy to contact the company
Very easy to contact the company. Always available and helpful. We were collecting our order on Sunday and the only collection time was between 3-5 which was not great for us. Once i contact polar ice i was informed that the order is available all day from morning to late evening. It was easy to access it and all the staff are very helpful. Ps about the ice itself: i was reading that it just last one to two days. Evaporates in around 30 %in every 24 hours. We collected ours on Sunday morning and still had some on Thursday😉
