I ordered boots. I ordered the wrong size. As soon as I ordered them I realized my mistake. I emailed you and asked if you could change the size. I used the email you provided. I have yet received an answer. The boots arrived, they are too small. I emailed you to see how I could return them and get the right size. I still haven't heard from you.
I bought a pair a little over a year ago and saved them in the box until I completely wore my Mucks out and the first time I wore them loading my boat one of them leaked badly. I couldn't find anything cosmetically wrong with them so probably just an isolated problem with the one boot. They are very comfortable though.
when I ordered my waders I expected them to arrive within the 7-10 days that the website stated, but that did not happen and in the beginning my communication with the customer service team was broken and not particularly helpful. I would start an email chain and would get only a single response, even if I replied again with a question. When the waders arrived they were clearly used. There were random objects in the pockets, including prepackaged cookies, and mud on the boots. To top it all off they were packed in a hefty bag. As I am sure anyone can understand I was upset and I sent a scathing email to their customer service team to express my displeasure. I even wrote a review on this website to detail my issues. The original review had only a single star. Then they surprised me. Within about 20 minutes of sending that vitriolic email I got a response explaining why each of the issues I had experienced had happened and a heartfelt apology for my trouble. On top of that they sent me a brand new pair of their heated waders as a gift. Those waders arrived quickly and were in perfect condition. The used waders they sent were perfectly serviceable as well. I took them on a hunting trip a couple days after they came and they held up just fine. In the end I think I would be willing to order from this company again. I cannot in good conscience leave a perfect review as my initial interactions were not good, but I am pleased with the quality of the products I have received and with how hard they have worked to make amends for the issues I had to deal with.

Our son really liked them. We were surprised. Cause he always buy the more costly ones. The price was not that bad. He gave us a few names of brands, and this was one of them. But he never brought this brand. Have to let you know about lasting part and the wear part later, they were Christmas gifts. But he really like them. Said they felt like his other that cracked ones a couple days ago that were costly. Believe me he will let us know. So far, a happy
Can’t say enough good things about this company and their products. I have their waders, their boots and their boat shoes. All of them are amazing quality and very comfortable. I would recommend this company and their products to anyone.

High quality comfortable and stylish at the same time, customer service is amazing they are there for you your entire purchase and keeping you uo to-date with order staus. Fast shipping!

We have sent you emails on December 19th and December 22nd, but didn't get any reply from you, so we were not able to deal with this issue in time. I am very impressed with this company! Not only are their boots and waders high quality, but they are super comfortable as well! DryCode’s products seem to be about half the price of the leading brand. Customer service is very attentive and professional. Would highly recommend to any family or friends!
