They made the process so easy. Everything about this place is 2 thumbs up. Definitely spreading the word.
My sales rep was very kind and pleasant and getting the car was a breeze. Now let get on to the car…. Had the car for 4 days and it’s already in the shop needing $8000 in repairs! How can you sale a car in that condition?! Was it even inspected as I was told? Then why weren’t there any inspection stickers on the car? I’m pretty sure if it was inspected you would have noticed it needs a new transfer case! Now I’m paying for a car I can’t drive! NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY FROM ALL DRIVETIMES!

Lianna made the experience great. She was the first to approach us when we walked in. She was patient and kind understanding that we were replacing a vehicle so it wasn't as fun as deciding to buy a new car. One car we wanted to see wouldn't start. It was disappointing. She walked the lot with us getting keys quickly bc my husband wanted to hear the startups. She recognized we were selective with makes and models. She never pushed. She saw we really wanted a certain suv and understood our concern about climate control. She started it again to see if the issue persisted. She asked us to check it again when she found it adjusted correctly. She even helped us when we had trouble connecting with our current insurance to make the addition. That's above and beyond. She found a number to call besides the local office which was closed.
Very good customer service every thing was good in the process very detail and friendly

Did an application online it says no money down. Contact them at least 3 to 4 times letting them know about my credit and would that change the no money down was told no it wouldn’t at least 3 times. Drive all the way up there sitting waiting while they Lolly gag around doing nothing then he comes to do my stuff on the computer and the down payment goes from zero to 1800. They are some scammers will say anything to get you to come in. Once he said 1800 I got up and walked out. But just lies for no reason. Of course I had in mind that I would have to give some funds up. But to be lied to saying it’s zero down more than a few times it changed my mind. I don’t like liars. So If you do that application online and it says zero down and you speak to them and they confirm zero. There lying. It’s not true. I’m sure they lose a lot of sales they way tricking people to come in. If they had any sense and a good manager. They should say that. I know you did a pre approval online. But it is a possibility that you mite have to put something down for a vehicle. So that people won’t be expecting to not put any money down. Or waisting there time and gas. Just stop lying and be upfront. I’m sure you wouldn’t have so many walk outs.

I unfortunately bought from Drive Time (Turnersville, NJ) in October 2023, a 2017 Dodge Durango. It has been 8 months of hell. I have yet to drive this car for a solid month without it going to the shop for the same issue (no start) which can’t be figured out. Most recently it was in there for five weeks, I got it back last Tuesday for one week and it was back in the shop again this past Tuesday. I have been renting cars on top of paying a car payment and car insurance for a vehicle that I barely drive. I have reached out to drive time as well as the corporate office and they tell me there is absolutely nothing they will do nor will they let me trade it in and get something that actually runs. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with in all my years of driving . I will never buy from them again nor will I ever recommend anyone to buy from them. I understand that you do have seven days to decide that you don’t want the car however, my issue with the car happened 14 days after buying the car, this company does not and will not stand by the cars that they sell.

Anthony was the one that helped us with our vehicle we went there the first time but couldn't get the car because we didn't have insurance now we have insurance and have the best car and I want to say thank you for helping us with this vehicle and if I have any more questions I will reach out until then have a great day.

I’m so pleased with my new vehicle…a little skeptical at first, however they made me feel right at home, not taken advantage of and confident in my purchase! Thanks guys, you really helped!
Bought a car 1/29 had no windshield wipers front or back on 2/1 my entire power steering went out and car was making a noise like the axel was gonna fall off or something was lose on it. Also the car was jerking and struggling to get past 2nd gear. Took to several body shops that the Warranty company. They could not figure out why all this was happening after 4 visit and the car not being able to drive for 9 days. Keep in mind I only had the car for less than a month. Finally i took the car to the Chevrolet Dealership and found out the car was wired wrong, was missing bolts in the axel did not have a wheel alignment and the throttle body was clogged. All things that should have been checked prior to putting on the lot for purchase. And the Warranty company nor Drive time would pay for the work to be completed. So not only did i have to pay for all the work to be completed I was met with terrible customer service and no accountability for a bad car being sold. Not sure what is going on there but they are certainly selling bad cars and not taking responsibility!
