What made my experience great at drive time is that my approval was easy and the paperwork process was fast. My salesman Aramis was very professional, kind, great smile and very knowledgeable of each step that was taken to make my purchase go smoothly. I would recommend my friends and family to drivetime to purchase a car. Aramis is the salesmen of the year!!!!

Purchased a 2021 VW Atlas with $3200 down payment in February. They sold it to me with dirty oil and bad tires that I had to replace and the S.O.S system was malfunctioning and would not go off causing the Bluetooth and phone no to work. By the end of March they were canceling the loan and picked up the vehicle. They promised that it would not go on my credit and I would get a full refund after the inspection and it could take up to 90 days to complete. I called and called with no answers for days weeks and months. It’s September and I finally received a check for $177 with no details or explanation. The representative said that they charged me for the use of the vehicle that I had for a month and their is no information that they could send me that can explain these charges. Read the contract before signing up with them. Life can get tough at times and you may need a little bit of understanding, they are not understanding and will not listen or work with you. They will steal your money and try to hide behind the legal process.

The adds lie i provide in come and still didn't get my terms, got a truck they said I could get instead of the 200 deposit, I ended up paying 950, then I asked about tires, there dry rotten, the guy said we don't do that here, but u have the 30 day warranty, so I tried that and they won't approve it, makes no sense to me, I like the truck but very disappointed

The service was awesome. I was able to get a vehicle to come home with the same day.

Got a car that broke down the next day. Black smoke started coming out of everything. Returned and asked for refund. It’s been over 2k weeks and still haven’t received anything.( refund takes 5 days) they’re so quick to sell they only care about money

My salesman was Rod. He was honest patient and got me in and out with a vehicle. I told him what I was look for and he gave everything! Thank You Rod!!! I would give 10 stars if it will let me!!!!!!

The customer service, the way he didn’t mind letting me change my mind and look at different cars. Taking out time to go through each and ever car, even when I return back he was assisting another customer but some kind of way he was able to take care of me and them in a timely matter

I would have given you a 5 star if it was purely based on my salesperson, however the general manager needs not to come in contact with the public. He is rude, pushy and disrespectful. He acted as if he owned the entire company and when I told called him out on it he stood by everything he was doing. All of this is because I declined the extended warranty because I already have one that I am transferring from my current car. He told me that WHEN the car breaks down that would be all on me (as if he knew something about the car that i didn’t). Tray was AMAZING, he needs to be the GM, not the current one. The current one is so unprofessional that during my sales process he came to Tray with his phone out tying to get him to order lunch. Because of the GM, I would not recommend anyone to come to this location.

I love the professional service of the salesman Mr Johnson what I dislike was the truck wasn’t clean on the inside and the oil wasn’t changed had 34% life left and air filter was very dirty I had to get all that done the next day

This location was a blessing they went above and beyond just to make sure me and my girlfriend was very happy and comfortable thank God for them I sure will be back best 5 Star service

I really enjoyed the process of buying my car with drivetime!!!!! It was as comical, comfortable and easy!!! I worked with Candice at the Stone Mountain Ga location. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, she was sure to get me what I wanted! I also worked with Jefferey at the Union City Ga location to seal the deal!!!! I picked up the car from Union City and I had the most pleasurable moment with the Jefferey! I am happy and excited to be in the car that I want!!!!!

I gave a good review for this dealership before I got the car home. The car was not detailed properly, and my seat belt alarm will not go off. If I could take that review back I would. What made it worse, one of their reps called me to congratulate me on the purchase and ask me was everything going ok. I told him about my issues, he brushed it off and hung up on me Do not buy from this dealership

My experience with DriveTime was awesome All the staff was amazing The process was so easy and fast. If you looking for a reasonable car and the car of your dreams I recommend that you go to them. You definitely won’t be disappointed.
