3rd time to buy a car from drivetime and it was horrible. 3 out of 4 tires were different sizes. One tire wouldn’t hold air the first day got the car. Car made weird sound after leaving lot. And expressed wanting payment close to previous car and didn’t get that.

the staff was absolutely amazing. they were patient, super nice, and friendly. kaylyn and anna helped me with so much and they made buying a car super easy and quick. kaylyn made sure i had a reliable, working car. i feel great knowing what car i got. i would 100% come back to buy a car and i will 100% recommend drivetime to friends and family.

Let me tell you something.. I drove 2hrs away to come here to Drivetime and the experience was soooo worth it. Rod greeted me as soon as I exit my door without missing a beat.. Je took me around the lot to show me the vehicles he had to offer.. Rod made me feel like family and was there to assist all my questions and needs.. He actually is the one that spotted the car I drove off with.. Then here comes Natalie to close the deal!! I swear she is my soul friend lol.. She explained all my options of warranties, gap and made sure everything was in working order.. She was super friendly and fun.. The best car experience I have ever had.. I am 50 and I have had my share of horrible experiences but not here.. Best customer service again I felt like I was at a family Barbecue.. O will recommend every and anyone to Drivetime in Tulsa, Ok. The end Mike came and did my apps for load Jack and etc.. Again the best team.. TEAMWORK makes the DREAMWORK!!

The sales team is very friendly. They were prompt to help me get started. My salesman, Mike, had all of the cars history to go over with me.. he was thorough and patient. All of my questions were answered. It was a smooth process. My only complaint was i didnt feel like i got to pick the car i wanted. Im happy with what i got. Maybe it wasnt in my budget. Idk.
I purchased a car through these people in November. The car has already messed up on me twice in the three months that I’ve had it. They want me to pay a hundred bucks to maybe fix it if it’s covered in the warranty. I won’t t be getting anymore vehicles through them. At least Carmarts cars made a year before they messed up. Thanks Natalie for selling us this messed up Jeep, we appreciate it.

They have screwed us over with the van we bought 2 months ago. Nothing is covered under the warranty!! Do not go here!!!

William Daw was a great sales person, however less than 24 hours after purchasing a 2017 VW Passat, it is parked in the driveway and has not only had a flat tire, but now will not start. My 18 year old son paid an insane about of money for a car to have it break down less than 24 hours after he purchased it so Will is going to be getting a phone call today as soon as you guys open. So far, this has been not a great experience for my son as a first time car buyer.
In response to below: Can you tell me how your mechanics missed a low tire, stripped lug nuts on said tire, a 4 year old battery that wasn’t even the right size for the car, and another starting issue that we haven’t even figured out yet? Sounds like your multi point inspection needs some work. Replaced the battery with a new one (without a bad cell and the right size) and the car still would not start today. My son has a job that he needs dependable transportation too, not mentioning that this car has already left him stranded multiple times in negative temps and he has had the car 3 days total. Your response doesn’t solve the problem.
