I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Passat On…

I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Passat On Tuesday, July 3, not 30 minutes after I purchased the vehicle the vehicle broke down and and now I have to wait for your warranty program to even begin getting it fixed to get me a rental car and then I possibly have to come out of pocket for the rental car. I don’t believe this is right you guys sold me a lemon and I want it fixed. And now they’re telling me that I have to come out of pocket for all of this.

Excellent service

Excellent service, friendly and easy to communicate with their team. All the cars were clean and ready to present to customers. The car that I was interested in and already done the pre-approval was already pulled up front ready for inspection.

Nothing less than PERFECT!!

I was approved online I was excited to go in to see if everything they said would happen would happen low and behold it did what I was quoted on line was the down payment I had thanks to Matthew! I can't leave the manager Herb out when I arrived and sat down he walked right over shook my hand introduced himself and gave me a cold bottle of water! This was the best car buying experience I've EVER HAD!!! When they say the deal tou make is the deal you get they mean just that!!

I bought a 2017 jeep Cherokee and…

I bought a 2017 jeep Cherokee and within the first 3days my coolant hose busted they did provide me a loaner but I expressed my concern about an issue with the vehicles front driver side suspension and they did not bother to try and figure out what the issue is now it's up to me I am very unsatisfied it's a car from a dealership I mean I would expect it to be in better condition but it seems like they do not care about there clients they only care about there sales and making money now I have to worry about having issues on the road with my 3 children in the car
