If you want to buy a car from this…

If you want to buy a car from this company , please be very careful. For me ,l had a bad experience with the one in Telegraph road in Taylor, Michigan. I deposited $5000 but it was not reflected in my in final calculations. As the contract was been drawn one the workers was parading around the show room with a gun. That scared me that l was intimidated. I complained to the finance company but the person l complained to said there is nothing he could do. Becareful if you do decide to do business with this company.

I just want to say thank you Ted and Val for getting me through this process. I love you guys attitude, I love how you guys took care of me right away . So thank you!!!! I love my car ❤️, it’s the best fit for me. Thank you again for all y’all help.

Taylor, MI is the best

Had the best experience ever at the Taylor, MI location. Ted Baggett Jr. is a great salesman very patient and got me driving out of there. That location is great all the staff were friendly and worked together as a team.

Drive time was awesome super helpful

Drive time was awesome super helpful. Rob took great care of me and it didn’t take long he was patient and explained everything clearly. If I had to do it again I would wish i would’ve known about this place sooner! I’ll refer everyone there. Thanks again

Please I begging people do not buy a…

Please I begging people do not buy a car from this place this is the worst thing I could ever due this car has been nothing but a headache please don’t do it think twice go to right way auto cause the car I have it been in the shop numerous times and as I write this post it in the shop now and they trying to charge me for the repair the warranty company silver rock is also the worst I’ve only owed the car for 2 months please don’t do it so if you live in or around Taylor Mi or at any drive and the fiancé company a joke the worst ever pleas don’t do it.

Robert Kirk at the Taylor, Mi location

Robert Kirk at the Taylor, Mi location was awesome. I was getting myself a car for my 65th Birthday and he remembered that. He was very professional and very helpful. I will recommend Drive Time and Robert to people I know are looking for cars. Thanks Robert. I am already in love with "Moby."

Great people, DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY!

Great people to work with. My only complaint is that I was sold a vehicle warranty and told it was bumper to bumper when it is actually an 'Inclusive' warranty that is basically USELESS! I need work done now and had to cancel my warranty contract to get the money back because they don't cover crap. IT IS NOT BUMPER TO BUMPER...IT IS A CRAP WARRANTY! $3950 and it is crap!

5 star location for sure

5 star location for sure. The team was super helpful and make sure everything was in order and ready to go for me. Great teamwork and support among staff. The team worked after hours so I could drive off the lot with my vehicle today!!!

I am a returning customer with drive…

I am a returning customer with drive time I went to drive time on May 22nd 2023 to purchase a car I use my car as a trailer I was assisted by Robert Kirk as well as the sister general manager Malik McElroy... I knew there was a problem with the paperwork to transfer my plate to the new car I was buying..both employee Malik and Robert could not get the numbers to match up on the paperwork for transferring my plate to the new car Malik strip the screws to take my plate off of my old car so it can be transferred to my new car so I was forced by his actions to get a new plate as of now I still do not have a plate in my plate expires in 48 hours so I went into the dealership again the question my plate more paperwork have to be filled out I was referred to John Green the area manager that handle all Michigan stores I will not go to this place I would avoid Malik and Robert at all costs they both is inadequate so I'm paying my car note an car insurance bt soon will have a dead temporary plate...
