Great People Horrible Vehicle!!!
We purchased our vehicle in August of 2025. Three months after that we had to replace the engine which was covered by the insurance, thank God. Fast forward three more months the transmission went out, that is also covered by the insurance but now another part went out and they're telling us it's $600. This is ridiculous! Everyone was telling us not to purchase from here and we should've listened. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get a vehicle from here. I'm highly upset and honestly just want another vehicle.

Couldn’t Ask For A Better Experience
The Salesman that served me knew exactly what I wanted even though I thought I knew what I wanted. He showed me my car and I instantly fell in love!!! He got me in a vehicle even though I thought I wouldn’t be able to get into the one he got me. He got me the payments I wanted, I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!! And to him I want to personally thank him.

My experience at drive time was great. I purchased a car in 2017 paid it off. This is my second time purchasing a car from them. Colby and the Carlos was very nice and made sure I got what I wanted again. I highly recommend.

Brad and Carlo were great
Brad and Carlo were great! Made the experience great.
The only derogatory thing I have is whoever does your inspection on your vehicles when they come in needs to be fired, The 2014 Ford Escape I got was a disaster, The engine mounts and transmission mounts rocker arm all the belts brakes radiator fluid brake fluid was bad as hell. I called Brad and he told me to call silverrock I took my car to the Firestone in Dothan Al. Silverrock paid for all the repairs except the brakes... Which sucks they said it was normal wear and tear. At this point you would think your company that sold an unsafe car to begin with would like to have a total satisfied customer! But you don't silence you/ the company will not make the brakes good, For some reason this is not the case. I can send the Firestone report to you if you like. I would like to hear from someone on this matter.
