Antonio McKoy was amazing to work with

Antonio McKoy was amazing to work with! We really needed a car and they made it happen. It was easy and fairly quick. The only decision we had to make was which one do we want! He explained everything and made it so easy! Thank you Antonio !

Although car buying experience was…

Although car buying experience was okay. They say they register your vehicle for you and as someone who came from out of state to purchase a vehicle this has been nothing but a headache the paper tag they provide has now been expired for 3 months and I have still yet to have my vehicle registered due to complications so I have been paying on a car I can’t even legally drive… will not be doing this again lesson learned

To good to be true

They say approved when you run through the online process, and they say 100 down is good enough. But then you get there and ask 4000 down and 400 per month payments. If you trust these sharks your an idiot.

DRIVE TiME SUCKS

I have a 2018 dodge duurango through you guys and I haven't made a payment in 6 months and you still haven't came and got it. My father in law also has e vehicle with you guys and he misses 1 payment and you repo him? After he tried to call you guys ALL DAY yesterday and couldn't get ahold of anyone. You guys are no better than car mart about working with people. You suck!

DriveTime sold me a vehicle with a bad battery. When I called in for help Alycia was very rude and did not care to help. She has no empathy for my situation and should not be in customer service treating people like this.

Quick and easy experience

Quick and easy experience. Best car buying experience so far. Got approval right away and Antonio had most paperwork ready and car pulled up and cleaned like he said he would by time we made it to dealership which is 2 1/2 hrs away. We were in and out within a hour.

Amazing experience
