Everything went so smoothly from the beginning to the end my salesman was very thorough and explained everything to me

My sales person and the general manager made sure I was taken good care of I got a car that was not working right and they made sure I was completely satisfied with my new vehicle.

I bought a car on 2/06. Drove car for few days. Car had been broke down since 3/10 and still in a shop. Very unsatisfied. And still paying for a car that I don’t have or drive .

I went into buying a car knowing I had bad credit, a limited down payment as well as how much I could afford monthly, but no idea what type. I searched between 2/3 Alabama locations. Visited both to test drive several. In the nearly 4 week search, I had some pretty bad test drives, good ones & multiple people helping at different times. The vehicle I walked out with is hands down amazing! Great year, make, no damage, looks & feels like I purchased right off the lot brand new. Take your time, be patient & things will work out in time. Luckily, the manager, Dakota, had been through hearing ne say over & over again that I couldn't finagle anywhere. Not on the payment, down payment, pricing or make. I had a vehicle picked but it was needing a small repair that they sent it off to have fixed. Even though I had it picked out, they received a new delivery the next day, but he reached out to tell me about it. I went that evening, test drove it & fell in love! It ended up being a much better choice than what I had picked. Make nice with these people, be strong on what you wants or needs. This experience turned out to be a huge blessing & I only have them to thank for it by continuing to think about my situation! I definitely recommend DriveTime even when you think you have no other choice. Other than the vehicles not having any certain "point" inspections before they are delivered, you automatically get a 30 day/1,500 mile warranty to have it checked out anywhere you choose. Take the chance!

I bought the vehicle in December 2024 and haven’t stopped having issues yet with my car. I even called the people who sold the car and they stated that there was nothing they can do due to 5 days passing. I’ve utilized their extended warranty and after 1 month from getting the car fixed for the fourth time, I’m stuck for the fifth time having to pay $5000 due to their extended warranty stating that they cannot fix it. Please be careful! This was not worth it and now I’m struggling having to figure out how to get me and my children around.

Mind you these are major issues such as my radiator, blown gasket, and now my rimming fuel

I Bonnie McCormick purchased a Jeep Patriot from here in March and now I already have to replace the transmission. Drive Time has been no help at all I’m stuck without a vehicle now because they want even loan me a vehicle to get back and forth to work with. All they tell me is rent a car from enterprise and they will reimburse me my money back. This makes no sense what so ever and I refuse to make another payment on a vehicle that’s not in my possession and I want be paying any late fees either they knew that vehicle wasn’t any good before they sold it to me. I have never been so discussed and I will never purchase another vehicle from Drive Time again or refer anyone I’m very disappointed.

What I went through was hard. But the team at North Birmingham, helped us out a lot. It was some hurled I had to go through, but I have a vehicle. Thank you Rodney and Dakota!!!!

What a terrible experience! We really wanted that 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan, but you fouled up the paperwork and when th credit union tried to call no one would answer the phone.

You missed the deal. We’ll go elsewhere. I’ve got better things to do than drive around doing YOUR JOB!!!

Our representative was JaDarrien Brundage. He went above and beyond to make our transaction as smooth and straightforward as possible. There were a few hiccups along the way and he got everything sorted in a timely and professional manor. Our youngest son is autistic and has ADHD and they accommodated him with the upmost respect and kept him entertained and as calm as possible.
