Don't do it!

The team was great! The financing company they use however, has several lawsuits against them... They will charge you almost TRIPLE the cost of the vehicle and customer service is a joke. For that I've changed my rating, as DriveTime is using this company to "help people obtain a vehicle". Shameful!!

Excellent service

DriveTime in Mesa,AZ did an excellent job. No pressure and no pushy sales stuff. Kevin and Terrell was very professional and helpful. They had an answer for every question I asked. The process was pretty much fast and easy. I recommend this location. Cheers to Kevin and Terrell for your service and help yesterday. Thank you again.

We will never go anywhere else to buy a car

Markus and all the guys at drive time we're Amazing!!! This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! We were in and out in an hour and still had time to go play poker! We love our new truck! And we will definitely go back there to buy all of our cars! Anyone who's thinking about buying a car should go to the one on Alma School and Broadway! Yeah yeah

Getting jacked misleading amount to be owed..

Well first of all I didn't get to name my price like it says online I didn't get the price I wanted to make it where I didn't fail or anything and not be broke but that didn't happen I didn't get any discounts or name my price I got false information on the APR and then when I signed I got 10,000 more than I was told for a total. Feel like I was suckered into this outrageous car payment amount total with APR I'm buying a 15 or $16,000 car 2018 76,000 miles on it but I'm ending up paying 33 thousand dollars. How is that even legal. It's something I'll ask my lawyer. So how do I rate you guys I mean salesman was a nice guy enough but misleading with the APR not helpful on getting me down to the price that I wanted for monthly payments actually I got doubled what I was wanting and double payments by doing it by weekly which in turn made is making me pay even more in interest which I was not told that either the lower the month I mean the less amount of months pain or less payments to pay it off the less I'll pay an interest didn't hear anything about that I asked for anything special manager specials for new arrivals anything nothing nothing said online that I came there for but really just pointed in the misleading of the APR and final cost just wrong and I didn't even get the final real cost till the second time at the end after I signed I was finally told that so no I wouldn't recommend you guys I wouldn't ever go back there again. What's sad is you guys take people that are low in cash have no money and you take advantage of them cuz you know that they don't have money to get a car so you guys are alone us a car or not loan us but loan us the money and put that high interest on us so you're basically screwing us over. People that have nothing you make pay the most it's wrong I don't see how you guys can sleep at night. I said I wanted to make it a portable for me a monthly payment so I don't go broke every payday what did I get double freaking joke

Know what your getting into

I financed a ride and not even a month later it was giving me problems. From what I heard from the shops I took my vehicle to, yall just sell ppl busted rides and let the warranty take care of it. Now I'm stuck with no ride to work and the car is in the shop. I don't recommend this place to anyone! I need a trade.

Friendly, courteous and impressionable sales representative. Matt was very enjoyable to work with. He was very helpful and patient. No rush with great attitude and personality. He made it the best car buying experience I ever had.

I didn’t like the fact that my payments…

I didn’t like the fact that my payments are showing to be $699 when they were originally quoted as being a little more than $600. My salesman said the monthly payments would go down after my full down payment was made.

I have been driving my 20 yr old 310k…

I have been driving my 20 yr old 310k plus miles old car for 9 yrs. And just 3 days it was done. I knew I had to get another car, also knew I would have to have a car payment. I have gone over 20 yrs without a car payment, so my anxiety and stress was thru the roof. Bad credit and low down, I was hoping and praying to be able to drive away with a newer car. As soon as I walked in, all of the gentlemen made me feel comfortable. Especially Terrell and Justin, they were very accommodating and patient . Terrell was wonderful and truly made it pain free. True, they do work with everybody's situations and also credit situations. At the end I was blessed to have driven away in a great car. And like family said to me.."welcome to the club"! (Car payment club) Again thank you again Drive Time!

Had an appointment to see a vehicle…

Had an appointment to see a vehicle after getting pre approved arrived on time. Told the person who greeted me what vehicle. He got the key and opened it remotely and then disappeared. Had questions. No one around to ask so I left. You lost a sale on this one because I really wanted to get that vehicle.
