Customer service was spot on. My car salesperson Jada was awesome. She made me feel at ease purchasing a car. She explained the paperwork and gave me the opportunity to choose what will work for me .

My experience was quick and easy. Kayla assisted me and was able to get me in and out with a car I liked and matched my price range!
Not a happy customer
Only had the car for two weeks six on a Wednesday I was supposed to go to work I came out the engine light came out. It would start it was shaking. I call dealership talk to the general manager his name was Philip. I had to tell the car pay for it out of my pocket and the company reimburse me. Then we drove it to fire stone fire stone is the worst place to have your car fixed. The one in Lee’s Summit couldn’t do it they checked it said it was the engine had antifreeze leaking into the engine. They needed to put a new engine in so I would’ve been without a car for three weeks. Did they help me no they did not on March 7 I returned the car to the dealer. Drop off so I drop the car off return it to them. They would not refund my $300 deposit so I am out of $300 and I don’t have the car a motor had to be put into the car two weeks they was gonna hold my car for three weeks and they told me I had to find a way back-and-forth to work until the car was repaired. They didn’t even offer me transportation. Recommend anybody specially, if you are black, they are giving Black people fort, giving white people. The good cars says to me I watch everything that goes on around me first experience with the general manager. He was not on my side he gonna tell me his boss told him I couldn’t collect my $300 back now I’m out of $300 and I don’t have a car so please do not go to drivetime in independence. 2018 Ford Escape Cars on the lot please do not get it they didn’t fix it. They Nager rigged it and put it back on the lot.

My salesman was the general manager ( sorry I forgot your name) he is amazing. I told him what I was interested in only by color. He said that he was going to pull around a car to see what I thought. The first car he pulled around I fell in love with. He made the car buying process so easy. If I am in need of another car I will definitely be going back to drive time and I will definitely be asking for the general manager
Wonderful Experience
From the first day that arrived I was greeted and helped. I was wanting to do a trade in of my old vehicle so that I can put myself in a newer one, unfortunately I was not able to do that, but I was not turned away. I was provided options so that I was able at lease try to get what I wanted. I was even offered to test drive the vehicle and after that I was sold (lol) so after going over the options I decided to come back the next day and was able to drive away in what I wanted. I had such a great experience with the staff that assisted me.

Don’t ever purchase from these scam artists, I purchased a truck that come to find out was sold to me for $10,000 OVER the blue book, I drove all the from Tulsa to Kansas City because they refused to transport it to their Tulsa location, I get there test drive it and then as I’m looking I open the hook and the insulation is just shredded and hanging down, the oils had not been changed, and now I’m finding out absolutely NONE of the fluids were changed, they said I would have to leave it and come back that would have been another 8hr round trip, now 4 months in, the A\C fan is out and the car is overheating, the blower motor is going out, and I’m stuck changing all the fluids that should have been done BEFORE they brought it up for sale. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING SCREWED OVER ROYALLY!

I tho this was a good idea dealing with drive time they ain’t a good dealer ship took the car to get it looked at, and I notify them that it was something wrong with the car. I only had it for a couple of weeks sadly that they will get over on you sold me a piece of s***Do not deal with them
