If I could rate them a 0 I would, But it won't let me! Anyways we purchased a 2018 CHEVY TRAVERSE LS on 12/7/24 & a week later we started having multiple sensors going off on the dashboard & not once but twice the car DIED in the middle of highway at a stoplight with my 4 month old SON in the car after the start stop turned the car off but then the car completely died & I had to be pushed off the road! & this happened twice! Called the Glendale drivetime & told them the problems I was having and I told them I wanted to get a completely different car because it was not dependable for my little family & they completely didn't care & said well you had to do that within 5 days! Well sorry but all the problems didn't start til after the 5 days naturally but I feel like this happens alot! They referred me to the warranty, & we live 3 hrs away from tucson or phx in a small town & the vehicle had to go to a chevy dealer that accepts silverrock but guess what the only 2 chevy dealers in my town didn't accept silverrock because of so many issues, hmmm seems like a pattern... so they wanted me to drive the vehicle 2 hrs away to a dealer that accepts silverrock, mind you i asked them if they could tow but of course only cover 75 miles & i live over 200 miles, so I said I want you to put in the notes that if something happens to me while driving this LEMON OF A CAR I want it to be known you guys knew & did not care! So we took it to a dealership in tucson & there's almost a whole page of codes that popped up! The main that it stems down to is the transmission switch sensor, back tire sensor, the BATTERY & the BRAKES WERE SHOT & THE ROTORS NEED TO BE RESURFACED!! Your telling me DRIVETIME DIDNT SEE ALL THIS! So now I'm fighting with silverrock to replace the brakes & the rotors, because we literally had the car a week! When we were checking the lights & stuff on the car the back windshield wiper was upside down, so it shows how much they take there time to inspect all there vehicles. Worst experience ever! My father tried calling down there to speak to someone about maybe working out a tow so I wouldn't get stranded if it died on my 2 hr drive to the dealership, but Mr. SETH at the GLENDALE location was so unhelpful & rude! It's quite funny because when we were going through the process of getting my husband approved they were ALL FINE with talking to me BUT SINCE IT WAS NOW A PROBLEM THEY NO LONGER WOULD TALK TO ME LET ALONE MY FATHER! So then my father called back to talk to a manager & he had to leave his name & number & do you think they have called him back yet???! Must be another pattern because LUIS at the same GLENDALE LOCATION was very un-informative, everytime I asked a question it was like I was annoying him...HA WHAT A JOKE THAT LOCATION IS! So now we are without a vehicle now for over a week while they repair it! Never again! The car is a LEMON! & IF THEY HAD ANY TYPE OF CONSCIOUS OR INTEGRITY THEY WOULD HAVE REPLACED MY VEHICLED COMPLETELY, BUT YA RIGHT! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT SHOP HERE, EVEN IF ITS YOUR ONLY OPTION LITERALLY MAKE ANOTHER OPTION HAPPEN, BECAUSE NO!!!!

My experience a customer has been a nightmare at Drivetime on 1515 E Bell Rd afterwards purchasing a vehicle to find out salesman Mr, Joseph Johnson did bank fraud to get my bank to get sale. Forging my signature and not getting my consent to add and or on my title registration and adding a three-time DUI revoked license holder to the title registration application. Without my consent without my signature it was forgery.
I had file a police report against Drivetime and their willing to take me off this Registration or Loan. If anyone can help me with this please reach out. As a customer I'm very disappointed in Drivetime and will not referral anyone because they are misleading to people

Not a good experience.
Worst experience ever, buying a car here. You must pay closer attention, they leave out important details. I was also lied to about the condition of the car. I went in on Friday night filled out all my paperwork and on Saturday all I had to do was pick up my car. On my way home it died on me in the middle of I 10.i was sitting there for almost 2 hours with no AC. When I called the dealership, the manager I spoke to, had no compassion and did not care what I was going through. The people at this dealership are rude and inconsiderate. I switched all of my dealings to another dealership and I would never recommend this place to anybody. I was going to have my daughter get her car through drive time. After this experience I would never recommend this place.

2011 Nissan Maxima purchased with odometer @ 32000 in 2017 paid off in 2024.
Never had any mechanical problems the car runs excellent, the AC blows super cool air and the Maxima is in new condition.

PLEASE REFUND MY DOWN PAYMENT
I purchased a vehicle on March 15th 2024 and returned it on March 19th 2024 because it was having severe mechanical issues. The vehicle literally wouldn’t turn off because it wouldn’t stay in park. Today is April 25th and they have yet to refund my down payment. I purchased the vehicle in good faith and returned it within the legal days I was required to. I have the Vehicle Return Agreement which states I am entitled to the full amount of my downpay and they still continue to avoid rectifying this situation. My bank has sent them numerous requests to show proof that they refunded any money to me and they have yet to even respond to the bank. Please steer clear of making any purchases through this company.

I purchased a vehicle from you all 6 months ago. No issues! You guys took my $11,000 down payment and now the car I purchased is dead? I called they extended warranty, took my car to the Jeep dealership, called the financing company and they said my credit will be affected by this situation if there is no resolution because I will technically have to voluntary give the vehicle back. This is ridiculous and garbage! I have bought multiple vehicles through your company and never defaulted or had an issue! You guys need to fix this or you will be facing a law suit!

Listen not gonna lie
Listen not gonna lie. I am going through a difficult time in my life and everything that is going on is a lot. When I made the decision to go to drive time I knew it was what I needed. When I talked with Maurice it calmed me and listening to him talk through the process was the insight I needed. The process was so easy and they made it comfortable and we had some laughs. I felt like they had my best interest at hand and everyone that was there helped me I. Some way. It was fast, easy, and I felt like I made the right choice. Thanks to their whole team!!!!! Thanks guys.
