Need to hire nicer people in the office. First time I called the dealership on Alta Mere drive the woman just hung up on me. Plus she pretends to be nice and then when she gets the info from you she won't answer her phone when you call back

People are fri3nd and knowledgeable

Joseph was so kind and told what he was doing every step of the way!! I have always dreaded buying a car but he made it so easy.

Laura was very helpful and made my purchase very easy and comfortable.

Didn’t have much to put down but drove off in a nice much needed car within a hour

I feel like there could have been a little better cleaning of the vehicle, and things that where not right could have been repaired. Selling as is ok, but some things could have been fixed.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, sat down and went through the painless process of getting my information in the system and within mins I had a huge list of what I was approved for! Laura was great to work with, I gave her a list of the ones I wanted to test drive and she had them pulled up and ready to go!

Clay did a great job. He helped us get the car we wanted. Very fast and easy even if you don’t have the best credit

Ashley was amazing. She worked super hard to make my dreams come true. She helped out more than she knows. Now I have a car that is reliable for my kids to ride in. I can’t thank her enough. It was an amazing experience. Store was super clean. Everyone was super nice. They made super I was 100% with my van as well. The manager was definitely on top of his game. Ashley and the manager explained everything to me. And didn’t mind. I literally can’t thank them enough.

I called Drive Time at 3333 Alta Mere Dr Fort Worth Tx, to change my appointment from Tuesday to Wednesday. I had already completed all information that was require to be completed on line and this is not my first time purchasing a vehicle from Drive Time. The person that answered the phone was very rude and advised me to bring in documents; such as my social security information to prove that income. I already have an award letter and I also worked full time and my total income at my age is over $77000.00 annually. I know I have to bring in certain documents. This unprofessional person request that I jump through his hoops by telling me; he would have to send my documents to Drive Time for approval and I would have to wait 7 to 10 days for the approval. I never heard of this with Drive Time. And than he had the nerve to say; "that was the only way I would get a car from them." I really feel that he knew he was talking to a black person and used this opportunity to discriminate. As I have stated before, I know the process in purchasing a car from Drive Time and this is so much extra stuff, that he thought he was going to make me do. Because of how this person feels about minorities, I will never do business again with Drive Time. To discriminate and give any race of people a hard time because of their race is very sad. I will speak with a manager if they call regarding this experience. Worst experience I have ever had in a dealership.

Super helpful, upfront, and pleasant to work with! I was scared of a no for so long and they helped me see that I didn't have to be. Will definitely be recommending them!

Going through the car , checking everything out and found out that it did not have a spare tire,and no jack, if I have a flat, I would be in. Deep do do..

Laura Scott was friendly and easy to deal with, along with staying 1.5 hrs after closing to finish paperwork.

This is probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’m not exaggerating. Clay Wilson was so great to us and took good care of us and we really appreciated him for that. It was very “get to the point” this is how much I have, how much I want my payment at, and he narrowed our selection down. Definitely recommend DriveTime and of course, Clay.

The fact that this location was short handed and the gentleman that took care of me was patient and thorough is remarkable. Customer service was excellent.

I had to go back 3 times. No one said anything about references being needed. I wasn't given the payment information or VIN until my second visit. I had to call for information I should have been given during my first visit. The person I initially had an appointment with was 30 minutes late so I ended up working with another agent who put my income information in wrong. I had a total of 5 people working on my purchase, none of whom communicated with each other or myself. The guy that was working with us during our first visit was out sick for a few days and didn't ask anyone else to follow up with us after we'd asked him to send us the information about the car so I could insure it. It was extremely disorganized and I honestly don't want to do business with this dealership again after this.
