DriveTime Lakewood & Denver Locations

I started out with my initial appt on Oct 5th 2024 in Lakewood CO w/Hannah. She got the process going & I test drove a 2021 Honda Pilot fwd. Well equipped & nice! It definitely was my front runner but I also saw a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 on the web at the Denver CO location that I was interested in too. Hannah was awesome, processing paperwork, answering questions & just overall professionalism. She reserved the 2017 JGC which allowed me time to drive across town without it being sold. Thx Hannah

Arrived at the Denver location, met Shae (friendly & welcoming AM). Shae introduced me to Daniel N. Daniel was just like Hannah & Shae, just great people! Anyway, kudos to Daniel for being thorough, informative, knowledgeable & very professional! I appreciated him going through every aspect of what DriveTime offers in addition to the awesome 2017 JGC 4x4 I ended up purchasing! I chose the 2017 JGC because the 4x4 fit my needs vs the 2021 fwd Honda Pilot was the selling point! I'll recommend both locations to friends & family! More importantly I'll be a repeat customer! Hannah, Shae & Daniel thank you all again for being GREAT PEOPLE 🙏

Sharlene T. & Katie G was excellent in the process and procedures for the car buying experience. Very supportive and insightful to the need of the customer and securing the service for the company.

Timely and Accurate information and non aggressive approach in the process! My only concern would be needing a initial concern(slightly)would have been the dealership handling the repair far as schedule n setting it to ensure the customer could be at ease vs jittery!

Highly disappointed and wouldn’t…

Highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place, good thing I took the car in a shop to look at the oil, found major oil leak in the gasket, two days later they put the car back out on the lot not listening the needs of repairs, rotors were shot , do not buy there

I bought a car from DriveTime and it…

I bought a car from DriveTime and it was a 2017 Hyundai Sonata and as I bought the car it has a lot of problems with it and the car has been in the shop more than 17 times prior to me buying the car. I have put my car in the shop three times and the problems never got resolved and once I finally took it to the last shop they are fixing the vehicle and the amount of money that I paid out on the vehicle I practically paid for a new car twice. Drive time did not care about the issues that were going on with the car I even contact the warranty company and they did not fix the main issues of the drive shaft sensor on my vehicle so I was left to pay $4,000 for my vehicle and I just got it from them and I have only had my car for 5 months only. Be careful when you are buying cars from drive time because they will stick you with a bad vehicle and you will be left to fix it on your own out of pocket. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau of selling lemons.

I did not like how someone can reserve…

I did not like how someone can reserve a car, leave the dealership to go to another one and take that opportunity away from someone else who knew exactly that was the vehicle they went there to buy.
