I’m so glad I found this place just a few days before my income got confirmed. From the moment I walked through the doors, everything was easy. I picked the perfect vehicle for me, signed the paperwork, and the whole team made the experience amazing. They were so welcoming and even congratulated me before I drove off on my new adventure home. Great people, great service—10/10 ✨

Piss Poor Service

The manager at DriveTime on Camelback in Phoenix has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in customer service. They handed me two key fobs, one didn’t work, and instead of fixing the issue, he kept switching up the story. First it was “the battery,” then after changing it and realizing that wasn’t the problem, he suddenly claims they’re “only supposed to give one anyway.”

Then he tries to act like giving me half a tank is some kind of gift. I mention my husband got two key fobs with his car, and he snaps back with, “We don’t have to give you two. We just do it.” And then — the disrespect — he says, “What you wanna do? We can take the car back if it’s that serious about a key fob.”

Turns out the key fob they gave me doesn’t even belong to the car. And instead of taking responsibility, the manager literally walks off and throws out, “Do what you want to do.”

Juan, the salesman, was great. But the manager had him standing there looking confused, like he was about to lose his commission over the manager’s own incompetence and attitude.

DRIVE TIME — GET A NEW MANAGER AND DO BETTER.

La peor experiencia con este dealer de yonkes, Disque carros certificados no le cervía la el a/c no le cervía la transmission alternador amortiguadores cooling fan batería. Después de seis meses se a pasado más de 2 meses en el taller y mientras a usar Uber y con los pagos del banco!! Salen mejor en un yonke!!

We bought a car Saturday the 12th

We bought a car Saturday the 12th. We drove it from Phoenix to Yuma and we noticed exterior is not straight and the wheels are not straight. We called the dealership dealership so rock their warranty company in Silver rock has denied to clean. The car needs a new valve cover gasket, which is leaking and they’re saying it’s seeping and they would only pay if it’s leaking. It’s a four-wheel-drive vehicle has four different tire design on it and try patterns according to the book for tire should be the same. One of the tire has a big old chunk taken out of it and again their warranty company says that’s not a failure every time you break the carpool seats so they told him to cut the rotors but not replace the brake I don’t understand what this adjuster is thinking upon doing more research to replace the four tires to do the valve cover gasket and replace the brake pads would be only an additional $1160. They told me to return the car but they don’t understand what cost them more than $1160 if I return the car because they don’t have another car that we want tried talking to drivetime who is the parent company of Silver rock and their customer service is horrible dealership is great but no one will meet me on a concession for this

My experience with DriveTime at 2143 W…

My experience with DriveTime at 2143 W Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85015, was absolutely awful. The salesperson, Christian, misled me about the transaction on four separate occasions. When I finally decided to request my money back, I was told I had to come in person. After making a fifth trip, I was informed that I’d have to wait for a check to be mailed to them and then return yet again.

Not only did this waste an incredible amount of my time, but it also showed a complete lack of transparency and honesty. If you're looking for a dealership you can trust, DriveTime is NOT the place. Truth and integrity matter, especially with such significant purchases, and you simply won’t find that here. Save yourself the headache and find a dealership that values its customers and treats them with honesty and respect.

The only reason I gave one star is because zero stars wasn’t an option.

Don't lie online it said I was approved…

Don't lie online it said I was approved 0 down $303.00 a month . Went to dealership 1rst car I was approved on didn't exist I mean they say it must have been sold already. Then the online approval means nothing. BIG WAIST OF TIME THE ONLINE APPROVED BULLSHIT ISN'T TRUE. And it was at 1515 E Bell road and it want let me select that location it doesn't even show up in the list.

Honestly I was a little bit skeptical about the process , because I saw it on the internet. But I was really impressed with how everything worked out! Juan Vasquez verified all the information about the vehicle, the paperwork and the extended warranty!! Really impressed and grateful!!

Spent 2 Days searching for a car!

Spent 2 Days searching for a car!! In the heat of Phoenix Arizona so you can imagine even in May (2023) how hot and draining that can be. DriveTime was our last stop before we started back home, mind you we live in Maricopa so not just down the road lol... drove through the parking lot and decided to get out and look around. David Shaffer (mesa, az) said HI and that's where our journey began. No hassle, No pressure, No question it was one of the best experiences I have ever had with feeling frustrated and turned around to happy and content... it is very easy and you don't get told a bunch of crap. Just exactly what you need to know to be able to make a decision. Thank you David for making our experience wonderful and stress-free.
