Had some difficulties with the vehicle…

Had some difficulties with the vehicle I wanted, mechanical, returned it and, though eventually I did get another vehicle that I am happy with, it was a bit of a struggle to exchange.

Great experience it was really hassle…

Great experience it was really hassle free! ! Matthew was so cool and professional, I didn't feel pressured at all the made me feel at easy. I applied on line and they price the gave me was the actual price when i got there. Thank you all!!

The Good outweighed the bad

The assistant manager at the Brandon location was very helpful was able to get me approved right away. Got me into a car that same day. Only concern was less than an hour after purchasing and off the lot, The car made it back to my residence only to find out there was dead battery, no coolant fluids And oil levels were extremely low and very dirty. Aside from troubled waters the first few hours the buying experience was great

His experience was great.

My husband was able to get in and out, test driving the cars he was interested in, without any hassel. Linny was amazing coaching him through everything g so that it is complete.

Came into the Brandon location not sure…

Came into the Brandon location not sure we could even get approved and Mrs. Lenny was awesome. She walked us through the process, answered all our questions, and allowed us to make our own decisions. She stated Drivetime employees do not work for commission, and that made us feel more comfortable with the purchase. Drivetime is quicker than any other dealership we went to. My wife left with the car she wanted at a great price. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for an affordable ride without all the hassle. Make sure to ask for Mrs. Lenny she is the woMAN!

Do not trust their car accident report

I will never buy a car again from Drivetime, before anyone get a used car from this place, make sure you do your homework and take the VIN number of the car you are interested in and search for car accidents, DO NOT trust the report they give you there is NOT accurate at all, they use a company called Experian and that report will show that their cars have 0 accidents when they actually do have a car accident. I just had this bad experience, and this car accident wasn't disclosed to me before i get the car, I called their "customer relations department" and they just say sorry and that's it. They come with the excuse that they weren't aware of that car accident and if that happened, it happened before they buy the car in an auction or that the insurance company never report, that's BS, because the same way I find out that the car I bought have a car accident, they should know if they do their homework and also provide me with the carfax right on the spot when I ask for it in the dealership but of course, is not convenient for them. Now I am looking for a law firm to move my case forward.

This report provides the history of the vehicle’s use, such as any prior accident records, rental or government use, registration flags, or involvement in a theft. Each customer also has the opportunity to inspect their desired vehicle both inside and out during their visit. Additionally, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy to every customer.

Incredible experience

Matt in Brandon was absolutely phenomenal. This was the least painful experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Matt was knowledgeable and patient. Drive Time in general was fabulous, I've never purchased a vehicle where the go in depth with a checklist on where things are and how they operate. Matt was never once pushy, rushed me or judgemental about my situation. He gave me and my partner time to walk away and discuss how we wanted to proceed. He was professional and kind. I went in with hesitation after some reviews I had read online about the company as a whole, but left there knowing that if I ever need a vehicle after this one, I'll be back to Drive Time for sure.
