It was my first car from Drift.

It was my first car from The Drift Bridge Group and I have to say, they made the whole experience a pleasure. I found the level of service really good and the confidence from buying a car from a company that values their customers, worth every penny.
Millie was always helpful, and did a great job managing the cars pre sales service / inspection all within a week. Thanks for all your efforts, the car is great.

Exceptional service and vehicles. The customer service was excellent, keeping me updated on any issues and always happy to assist with solutions if possible. The quality of the approved used cars was fantastic. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering buying a vehicle.

Very poor post sales

I can’t fault the pre sale expertise it was excellent however post sale has been dismal to say the least. Having picked up a brand new car on the Saturday the engine warning light came on after 24 hours. Car returned on the Monday and loan car provided. Transpires car needed a software update. No clue why it wasn’t done pre handover and took 8 days to get the car back. Two messages left with Sales Managers and MD but zero contact from them. Very poor after sales service. I wouldn’t go back to them

Smooth experience

Great service from Katie and the VW team, kept me informed throughout the process and were never pushy, just explained everything simply and made the whole process great - second time buying a VW from Epsom VW and probably not the last !

Excellent from first enquiry to delivery.

From first enquiry to delivery of our new car we received excellent advice and assistance. Finance options were explained without any bias and we were able to choose our purchase option without any pressure from the sales team. Great Service, Helpful, polite staff

Delighted with the service received at Drift Bridge Epsom. From start to finish consistently helpful. Great knowledge and honest advice. Nothing like your typical car salesman!
Andy Carter was our main point of contact and would highly recommend him. Very easy to speak to, honest and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.
Really happy with our new Buzz and should we need them, we know we are in safe hands.

Lying scumbags. Extortion

Lying scumbags.
An immature liar booked my car in and claimed a price was agreed at time of booking. NEVER HAPPENED
Took car in for a simple brake fluid change and was charged more than any other price i could find on the internet.
When i was there i questioned this and they said price was agreed over the phone.
Which it wasnt.
I asked them do they record calls and to listen back to it.
And they admited it wasnt agreed over the phone.
And then they just fobbed me off with a load of nonesense.
Absolute joke. Poor customer service.
