We have just returned from a great holiday Kirsten arranged for us. The communication throughout was excellent, any questions I had were answered quickly. We were given a range of options and Kirsten made it clear what the benefits were with each so we could decide. Great service.

Brilliant travel agent! We have just returned from our holiday arranged by Kirsten at Dream Travel. There are 4 of us, me, husband and two teenage girls. We flew into Barcelona, spent 2 days in Barcelona, then 7 nights on the Royal Caribbean Ship Symphony of The Seas followed by another 2 nights in Barcelona before heading home. We had explained that we wanted to do a Med 7 day cruise and maybe spend sometime else where to increase the length of the holiday. Kirsten put the itinerary together, she organised the flights and the hotel in Barcelona which was in a brilliant location, close to the beach but also central to tourist/shopping areas with a roof top pool. On the ship, she selected our rooms, making sure that we had two rooms with an interconnecting door/balcony, on a floor close to all the activities. She was on hand to answer any questions, and because this was our first cruise, there were a lot!
I will definitely be using Kirsten again because she just took all the stress out of arranging a holiday and we had a brilliant time!

I would highly recommend Kirsten. We would usually make our own holiday bookings, however on this occasion, we approached Kirsten for advice on where to go and the best hotels in the region. From there on Kirsten managed our bookings and provided all the detail we needed in a timely and efficient manner. As a result of all Kirsten’s work we enjoyed stress free travel, and the hotel (Kirsten’s recommendation) was fantastic. We will certainly be using Kirsten again and would high recommend her services to others.

Excellent customer service, nothing is too much trouble, we asked Kirsten many questions, she was very knowledgeable and would always confirmed any information. We had an wonderful holiday, partly due to Kirsten organising and finding the right holiday for us.

After trying to choose the perfect island in the Maldives and getting more and more confused as to which island would be the right one, Kirsten took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and had the patience of a saint with all my endless questions, worries and changes to our plans. She always answered any queries we had quickly and professionally and kept us upto date at all times.
We ended up having 2 weeks in paradise and our bucket list holiday was everything we dreamed of and more.
She organised everything and made sure that we had all the information we needed regarding travel documentation.

Fabulous service from start to finish. I came across Kirsten by chance and entrusted her with helping me plan the perfect birthday treat for my husband. She was always prompt, efficient and so helpful in arranging and sourcing appropriate ideas. It was so reassuring to have her on hand knowing that she was reactive when plans changed due to the weather - and just someone I could reach out to when I needed to rant when our flights were delayed by 10 hours!

When we asked Kirsten to find us a place on a specific cruise we wanted to be on with some friends from the US, she quickly got us a competitive quote which fitted the bill. Communication was extremely prompt and appropriate considering this was not our first cruise and we knew our way round most of the process. I would not hesitate in recommending her services.

When I was looking to book Lapland, I started to do some research but soon realised it was a bit of a minefield, however Kirsten was great and gave me lots of advice and she was absolutely right! I had booked around 12 months before my travel date and on the run up, Kirsten was great for answering questions but also making it special with her deliveries!

The whole booking and holiday was soo seamless.

Trip was exactly what I had hoped for and given me lots of memories I will treasure forever.

We booked a 3 night trip to lapland with Kirsten to travel Christmas eve. What can I say?..........it was the best experience of our lives. I'm a natural worrier and every question.....even up to the day before we travelled, was answered and I was put at ease, nothing was a problem.

When booking this kind of trip, with all of the different options available it really is a minefield. Without Kirsten's support and expertise we would have been lost!

Just got back from the holiday of a lifetime to Lapland . From the minute we booked with Kirsten at the very beginning of the year everything has run so smoothly. I could not fault anything! Kirsten was so quick to respond with any queries I had and really put my mind at ease. She was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be booking with her for some more dream holidays!
