Everything was great from start to finish,from buying new bed to delivery men,highly recommended.

Knowledgeable sales assistant in store. Customer service team helped me change delivery date with ease. Delivery made on day agreed and driver kept me informed in terms of delays. Great overall service.

Excellent customer service throughout, shop staff were knowledgeable friendly and helped massively with our purchase of our outstanding new mattress. Delivery staff were equally as impressive (Steve and his partner?) and were clean tidy workers and in and out in no time. All in all an excellent experience.

Our visit to Dreams was productive and painless. We were paid attention to, all in a friendly & welcoming manner. We ordered the items we wanted in a pretty short timeframe and things were never "oversold" in any way.

The whole process from deciding on a bed to it being installed in a bedroom went like a "Dream"

From the customer service in the shop to the delivery and now the sound nights sleep we are both experiencing.
The mattress was an expensive item to purchase but it is proving to have been the right choice.

The person who looked after me was great name Gordon so helpful and understanding I am a pensioner and that means a lot to us pensioners thank you very much had my bed nearly 2 weeks and I am glad I had it

Great experience at Dreams Wednesfield! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find the right bed and mattress without any pressure. The store was clean and well laid out, and the whole process felt easy and relaxed. Excellent customer service – highly recommend!

Gordon in wolverhampton branch, was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He went above and beyond for us and took notice of health conditions ie back/spinal issues without being pushy. We was offered a hot drink whilst in store and going through purchase details which we both thought was a nice touch, he gave us a good price with extras. Overall experience is the best we've ever had when purchasing goods.

Went into Dreams Bentley Bridge and Gordon came over to help. His expertise with the sleep match and the different types of mattress was extremely helpful. He gave us pillows to use on the beds and explained the benefits of each different type of mattresses. His friendly and professional help made our choice easy. Went to purchase mattress at his desk were he bought us a drink (no Baileys available)were he went through all the offers and delivery dates. Ellie at the next desk joined the conversation very friendly and informative. It was a very happy shopping experience and we came away with the mattress we wanted being delivered in a weeks time.
