Today I bought a bed from Dreams beds located in Cowley retail park. I had a really lovely young man who helped me choose the product within my price bracket and the best for my back problem. He was so willing to help, did not rush me . The persons name was Shah and he really deserves a mention.

Brilliant staff member
Staff very attentive and helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed. Offered a further discount when asked. Gave us a good deal which we were very happy with. Very nice lady who helped us

The friendliness of the staff, no pushy salesperson. The mattress match machine was educational and helped us choose our mattress. Being able to try the various mattresses and take our time. The cup of tea, delivery, taking away the old mattress, excellent service. And a good night’s sleep .

Our visit from beginning to end was a pleasant time. Both Nilakshan and Shani were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even had a coffee!
Would recommend Dreams to anyone looking for a bed/pillows/mattresses.

Tempur Lux mattress- Strongly recommend
Recently purchased Tempur Lux Mattress 30cm. Amazing mattress and good quality. Before I got other mattresses but so far this one is best. Staff was at Dream West Drayton very helpful with purchase.
