Helpful, Friendly, Easy!
All the staff were helpful, informed and friendly. They made the process very quick and easy, and got our new sofa to us within a week of us visiting the store.

Buying a new mattress

High Quality Customer Service
We’ve brought a bed from Tottenham Court Road dream home and the customer service was excellent. They’ve helped out with your needs, we’ve felt comfortable to express what we exactly wanted and we are happy with the outcome. I would like to thank Bea especially for providing high quality information on their products and she has provided a comfortable and special experience for my daughter and I. With her help, we’ve gotten a very comfy and high quality bed for my daughter. I recommend any future customers to visit Dreams Home at Tottenham as the whole team are polite, friendly and welcoming!

Hi-tech mattress assessment
Testing the mattresses in-store was great fun - especially the computer-controlled assessment. Loads of beds to try too. Delivery as promised and now we have the perfect mattress/bed combination (although the mattress appears a few CMs short for the frame).

The delivery came on time
The delivery came on time. But I started using after 4 or 5 months later. Within two weeks I can feel the ring poking me. I start having back pain so I added it from top on. But still day by day got so uncomfortable. I have to get rid of it now to get another one because my hundred day trial is started when I bought it. Is the worst mattress I ever bought in my life.
