Visited yesterday to look around and test mattresses, with the intention of buying online.

When I was researching I found the choices and selections a little overwhelming, mainly because I wanted something that supports my back.

I had a lovely chat with Dinesh who presented me with several options that were within my budget. He also advised me on a mattress that would help with my needs.

I did feel foolish laying on the test mattresses in the show room, but Dinesh put me at ease. He was incredibly professional, personable, and kindly included shipping, a matress topper, and two pillows!

Honestly I probably would have bought online if it were not for Dinesh's advice and pleasant demenour. He really made me feel at ease and I ended up having a nice time (I really feel old writing that... but it is true).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Mattresses – The Kids Sleep Better Than Ever!

We recently bought two new mattresses from Dreams for our kids, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the purchase. From the very first night, both children have been sleeping so much better — no more tossing and turning, no waking up in the middle of the night, and they wake up refreshed and full of energy every morning.

The quality is outstanding — you can really feel how well-made they are. The mattresses have the perfect balance between comfort and support, soft enough to be cosy but firm enough to keep their posture right. My youngest used to complain about back aches on the old mattress, but that’s completely gone now.

The delivery was smooth and on time, and the team from Dreams were really friendly and professional when setting everything up.

It’s made such a difference to their sleep routine and even their moods during the day. I’m genuinely impressed and would 100% recommend Dreams to anyone looking for comfortable, high-quality mattresses for their kids (or themselves!). Worth every penny!

Recently visited Dreams, Tottenham Court Road to look at a bed. Within 10 mins I had found and bought the perfect mattress for us. The customer service was amazing. And I’m so grateful as it’s not always the case in London. The manager of the shop is very thorough and conscientious. Which means the rest of the shop runs well. He has trained the staff well. Josh who served us was exemplary. Not pushy. Just perfectly helpful and interested. So, thank you very much !

Great experience, from start to finish. Walked into Dreams in Tottenham Court Road, completely clueless, was greeted by store manager Michael, who spent time with me, talking over options, eventually found a great mattress, must say the other staff are great too, all smiling, and said goodbye as I left. Delivery day, arrived, and yet another Michael, and co worker both polite and friendly, sorted everything for me. Would definitely use dreams again….and pay rises for your excellent staff.

I got a very good service at Dreams the gentleman was very helpful and explained the different types of beds units and mattresses. I was happy with the end result great customer service. The two gentlemen the came to assemble the bed were very nice and friendly. The bed was assembled quickly and I am pleased and happy with my bed.

The original sales assistant I dealt with called Atif, was superb. Sadly something went drastically wrong with the order and was canceled without my knowledge. Annoyingly and ridiculously a staff member insinuated I had cancelled it without any valid proof. It was a nightmare trying to get to customer service and was passed from pillar to post. Finally it was rescued again. And in turn my order was unnecessarily delayed.
On the positive side the delivery guys were faultless.

Good delivery service

I have bought my mattresses from Dreams over the years. I keep going back to Dreams because their products are great - well they have to be, because they are a specialist outlet and not a department store. This time my experience was equally as good; the staff in the shop are friendly and efficient and the guys who delivered my mattress were really helpful too.

(Update: A day after posting my initial review, I received a phone call from Wayne at the company. While he did apologise, the conversation was disappointing. His tone felt dismissive, and I was told they are not legally required to offer any compensation. He attempted to justify the situation by offering a free delivery service, which wouldn’t have been necessary if all items had arrived on the original date we agreed upon. This response only reinforced my dissatisfaction and added to the frustration. There was no genuine accountability or real effort to make things right. I do not recommend buying anything from this company unless you're prepared to deal with similar frustration and lack of support.)

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering a mattress from one of your stores. Despite paying in full at the time of purchase, my delivery did not arrive on the agreed date, and worse, I received no communication or update whatsoever. I waited the entire day before calling the store myself, only to be told that my order didn’t even appear in the system.

While the store manager eventually re-entered the order, the earliest new delivery date was a full week later. I raised the issue of compensation at the store, but was told they couldn’t handle it and that I would need to contact customer service directly. I then took the time to write to your customer service team, outlining the entire situation. However, it’s now been over a week (8 days to be exact), and I’ve received no response.

Today, the mattresses finally arrived, but the mattress protector, part of the same order, has still not been delivered. No information has been provided about when it will arrive. This is particularly furthermore, as the protector is meant to be used from day one to keep the mattress in good condition. It should have arrived with or even before the mattress delivery, not after.

This experience has been frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. I expect a formal apology from your company and fair compensation for the inconvenience, lack of communication, and delivery delays. At the very least, I would appreciate a response from someone in a position to resolve this appropriately.

The delivery was seamless- The delivery guys bought in the new one and took the old one so quick and so careful it was amazing

All in all a very good experience

I have had the worst service ever with dreams Tottenham court road. Unhelpful staff and frankly really rude. I will not recommend dreams Tottenham court road to anyone. Please stay away from that store it would save you unnecessary stress. Spend your money elsewhere
