Overall experience at the store was good. Josh attended us very patiently. However their sight was down so we had to wait for 2 days to get the delivery date.

Excellent service.
Excellent service in store, took the time and trouble to help me find the right mattress for me and within my budget. Very impressed with the delivery service quick, polite and helpful. I had been to two other stores previously and found Dreams to offer the best customer service.

Fantastic experience from the Gentleman…
Fantastic experience from the Gentleman who assisted us with the purchase, the delivery ran flawless and we were updating constantly on the delivery day/times. Delivery was excellent and the delivery men were friendly and professional, Big shout out to the Dreams team !!!!!

Great Buying experience great Product!!!
Loved the shopping experience at Tottenham court road showroom. The team did body type and sleeping side diagnostics using special device installed and recommended the mattress. While the recommended mattress were out of our budget. The store had a lot of options to choose from... The product was delivered 10 days laters and is amazing.... Would highly recommend this store and dreams mattress

Great Customer Service
Really great experience at the Soho Store - tried the sleep match simulator and got matching recommendations based on it. We were able to try loads of mattresses and weren't pushed to make a purchase. Loads of mattresses and bed frames on offer, and really friendly, knowledgeable service too.

From first walking into the local branch on Tottenham Court Road right through purchase, delivery and assembly, maybe I just got lucky, but every person involved has been brilliant. Particularly impressed with the delivery/assembly team for whom nothing was an issue including carrying everything up and down two flights of stairs!

Very Helpful staff in store
Very Helpful staff in store, various type of mattress could chose and try in store. Staff has introduced us the mattresses based our requirement in terms of mattress type, hardness, size and price. Overall experience was very good and the flow of purchase was smooth and straight forward.

Excellent result despite some challenging changes of the order
Despite the fact that I had to change not only delivery day but also an address, the Dream team was super helpful, prompt and efficient in quickly helping with order amendments and making sure I have new mattress when it was most convenient. The product is great and delivery went very smooth. Thank you! Special thanks to James from Tottenham Court Road shop, who was managing the order in the most professional way!
