Went in to the Telford store last week, was approached by a guy with tattoos, we said were just browsing, he understood and gave us a quick explanation of the layout, tickets and a machine they use. Said hes come see us in little while, He left us to it and with in minutes we were approached by a bald guy who latched on to us. We didnt appreciate this, he came across a bot too desperate, we told him we were being dealt with by another person. This didnt make him leave us alone. He waffled on and eventually passed us back to the one with tattoos. We left shortly after because of the bald guys lack of customer understanding.

From the moment we entered the Telford store we were made to feel welcomed and listened to. Indi was patient and friendly and was very knowledgeable about the beds that suited our needs. We were confident that we had selected well. The paperwork was thoroughly explained to us and a very quick delivery date was arranged. The beds have now arrived with a friendly delivery team who telephoned us prior to arrival and were on time. We have bought beds many times from Dreams in the past and would highly recommend them.

Found the whole experience very good from start to finish. Very friendly an professional. Went through everything I needed an more would definitely recommend 👌.

Absolutely loving the new bed and mattress. We’ve always gone to a local trader (cheaper prices) but we past Dreams and thought let’s take a look, and I’m glad we did. As explained by the sales lady Claire we spend a third of our lives in bed so it’s worth buying quality and having a good nights sleep. She spent a good couple of hours making sure we tested every bed so we found one to our liking.

The showroom staff were very welcoming, helpful and courteous, but not pushy. Once the formalities were completed to enable them to discover what mattresses would be most suitable for us, after pointing out the beds to try, they left us to wander around to make a choice.
Once we made our choice, we completed the paperwork and chose a delivery date.
The delivery was also very good, communication excellent concerning time of arrival, and once again the staff were courteous, helpful and informative.
We are very pleased with our choice of mattress!

From walking through the showroom door to the first night's sleep in our new beds, all the Dreams staff were polite, professional and very helpful and the beds are everything we were expecting. We used Dreams before when buying a bed and it was the only store we thought of going too for a replacement.

My experience at Dreams was very positive; assistance was readily available when required, yet I was also given the space to browse independently. I did not feel any pressure to make a purchase.

Oh my word, went out today with the intention of purchasing a super king soft mattress. Approached assistant a young man, who seemed to want to avoid contact. Advised the assistant I did want a Tempur, due to not liking what we have. Assistant goes sits on a TV bed with a remote control. Doing absolutely nothing, strange. He asked us absolutely nothing. Attempted to engage with him, asking what soft mattress do you have. Go upstairs to the 3rd Matress on the right, his response. I asked are you coming up to us. Yes I’ll be up, he didn’t bother to come up & assist us. Quite surprised, could hear his raised voice. I’m fairly outgoing, shouted down. We’ve found it I think, or words to that affect. He didn’t come up then either. Went back downstairs was again ignored. Then asked the same young guy what else do you have that’s soft, told us the Flaxby. Again he didn’t move from his spot & didn’t come over & assist, as is the norm at Dreams. The older guy sat downstairs at his desk. Well he didn’t even acknowledge us at all, not on the way in/out or whilst we were present. The woman remained behind her desk. Neither made eye contact or acknowledged us as their ONLY customers. What we didn’t tell them, was the mattress we have our sights set upon was indeed the Flaxby. Which could be regarded as higher end. The service was SHOCKING. Will I purchase from from dreams YES. Would I consider a purchase from the empty Telford branch, where staff get paid for nothing NO. Wednesbury Gallagher retail park here we come, your amazing. Telford Dreams WHEN not if you shut down. What on earth did you expect.
