Excellent service, very helpful staff delivery on time

Excellent service from stinela at the Staines branch who was very friendly and helpful.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. The delivery team were efficient and professional and made sure I was happy before they left. The bed and mattress are exactly what I needed and great quality. Overall an excellent experience!

The experience of my initial visit to Dreams in Staines was very positive and a great team there headed by Harry. They took care to help me find exactly what I needed and I also had an opportunity to use the Sleep Monitor which suggests the best options for individuals. The delivery team were excellent. Arrived on time and quickly set up my new bed and headboard. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Dreams and would definitely come back again.

We visited Staines branch of Dreams to investigate a replacement mattress. On entry we were greeted by Marlene. We already had a mattress in mind which she happily showed us but as the easy conversation flowed and question and answers on both sides she showed us other options that might suit us. There was no pressure from her and gave us plenty of time as well as useful knowledge to help us decide. After trying several options several times we narrowed down our choice and made a final decision. Unfortunately, we were unable to order our replacement at this time however this was nothing to do with the store. The service we received in the store was very good and we could not fault it.

The member of staff who helped us in the Staines branch was kind attentive knowledgeable and made the purchase of a bed and mattress as painless as possible. She understood the needs of the shopper who had dementia and did all she could to accommodate her. The product quality is great and the disposal if the old bed and mattress as well as assembly if the new one is a great service

once inside the store I didn't wait long to be greeted by one of your stores very helpful assistants who promptly guided me to the product I was mostly interested in, after being offered a cup of coffee I was then swiftly helped by the sales team through the purchasing process.
