I visited the Slough store and was advised to speak with Carrick regarding a mattress purchase. At the time, I was told that two additional items would be included with the mattress at no extra cost. However, after reviewing the invoice later, I noticed that I had been charged for items we didn’t need, resulting in a moderate overcharge.

I’d recommend carefully checking the invoice before paying rather than relying solely on verbal assurances. The matter has now been resolved, and it appears to have been a misunderstanding.

Quick and easy to order in store. Staff helpful and friendly. Delivery on time and Quick installation. Bed frame was good and mattress comfy as we visited and tested items out through the mattress finder option.

I wanted a lightweight orthopedic mattress.
I had a choice between a hard or a medium mattress.
I chose medium and the mattress is very comfortable and the best part is, my wife and I can swivel or turn it over without and exertion required.
