The staff in the store was very polite…
The staff in the store was very polite and explained the construction process that would suit individual sleep positions. The delivery and removal of old product 100 percent efficient. The staff explained that if we weren't satisfied with any of our purchase and removal of our old product how to do it.

Hannah at the Sittingbourne branch of dreams was so helpful and knowledgeable without being too pushy. She understood our needs and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with the product.

I am a person of colour
I am a person of colour, and normally I would get ignored when I go into large stores, I guess the sale people believe that I do not have money, so they just watch me until I leave the store. When I went into Dreams I was expecting the same however I was pleasantly surprised when Darren approached me asking me to let him know if I need assistance. Darren's helpfulness and politeness made my shopping experience at Dreams a very pleasant one indeed. I bought my bed that same day and I am very pleased with my purchase.
Darren this message is for you... thank you so much you made my day. You did not ignore me you treated me like a human.

The bed and mattress is very good as…
The bed and mattress is very good as were the staff and the guys that delivered the bed and set it up. Only disappointed is the price for taking the old bed and mattress away £140 seems a lot of money when I had just spent £4000. Suggest you look around before buying

Great After sales service
Hi I feel I must now write a follow up regarding my last report on Dreams ,
My report was followed up by contact from the custom care department , once they were able to understand my position they have been most under standing and now have offered me a full refund further to this they have even offered to extend this offer to the 30th April
To give me time to have a operation, again I could not ask for better after sales service

Excellent customer service from the Sittingbourne store
Excellent customer service from the minute we walked into the store . The staff were very professional and attentive assisting us to find a suitable bed. Nothing was too much trouble and despite having difficulties finding what might be suitable we were assisted at all times, with staff showing empathy ,remaining calm and patient throughout the visit.
