We have been extremely pleased with Dreams.
The staff in the shop were very helpful, and not at all pushy.
The delivery guys were great, and set the beds up efficiently and cleared up after themselves.
Our teenagers are very comfortable in their new beds.

Great customer service in the shop, friendly, helpful staff, sorry we can't remember the sales assistants name but she was very good, we laid on some special beds that diagnosed how we slept via our sleeping positions and then recommended which beds would suit us. We would definitely recommend Dreams for buying a new mattress or bed.

The staff were really helpful in helping us decide the type of bed. The ordering process was simple, delivery arranged and the delivery team were on time, polite, in and out in no time

From walking into the store I received excellent service. When the bed was delivered and installed the delivery men put covers on their shoes and explained how the bed works. The service , quality, price and delivery was excellent.

Very good price , staff friendly and helpful , delivery chaps brilliant helped carry the bed to first floor appartment .

Having spent £1400 on a mattress one would really think customer service would be better. After having the mattress for 3 weeks, I noticed a tear in the top of it. I sent an email to customer service stating there was a fault with it only to be emailed back a week later (and a second follow up email from me) that I had ‘snagged’ it so wouldn’t be covered under a manufacturing fault. Other than when the bedding has been changed had the mattress been exposed, plus the so called ‘snag’ was at the top of the mattress, not the bottom.

I’ve since emailed twice in the space of 10 days to reject claims to receive no reply.

Really angry at myself for purchasing such an expensive mattress thinking after care service would be good. It’s appalling

We bought a wooden frame bed from Dreams. The lady wasn’t pushy and was very helpful. Bed came on time and delivery driver called to give us a time. Very good service.

Firstly my experience of buying my new bed was superb. Karen the sales lady was so knowledgeable and helpful. I thought using the sleep match was excellent and narrowed down my choices.
Karen gave me lots of time and advice as requested. I never felt hurried (even made me a coffee) and I left the store feeling valued and very happy with my choices.
The delivery team arrived exactly on time. They were friendly and efficient and cleared up all packaging etc.

I highly recommend the Dream Team.
