Great service in-store and the delivery team were fantastic. On time, paid extra for the build, well worth the additional cost. Team explained the product features and left everything tidy taking away all packaging

We were looked after from the moment we walked through the door. The staff were helpful and
knowledgeable which helped us to purchase a new mattress in no time at all.
We would certainly use them again.

Delivery was swift and the team delivering were polite.

We wanted to buy an ottoman bed base to enable to have storage without using the loft .
We went to Dreams in Salisbury where the staff explained our options with no pressure and polite service , we ended up buying two beds and arranged delivery convenient to us and disposal of the old beds.
The delivery team were fantastic keeping us informed of delivery times etc , on arrival they carefully removed the old beds and assembled the new ones and ran through the operation of the ottoman storage .
It was great to deal with a company which places the importance of customer service , sadly lacking with some organisations today .
I cannot recommend Dreams highly enough.

Very helpful to make sure we were ordering the right mattress without being pushy. All details expolained clearly.

Buying a bed and mattress was a very positive experience. We were given a very warm welcome and our sales person was very knowledeable. We were given as much time as we needed to buy the correct bed and mattress, trying out at lots. At no time did we feel pressurised into buying something we did not want.

The procedure of choosing our double bed couldn’t have been easier, everything explained and delivery booked. We were informed of the time it would be delivered and everything went smoothly . The delivery team very professional, overshoes on ,bed assembled and all packaging taken away. We can’t fault the whole process,very pleased

Excellent customer service and knowledge

Paul at Salisbury branch was very attentive and clearly explained all the options open to me for a new mattress. I found the auto assessment bed quite fascinating, this bed with multiple sensors determines the right bed for you automatically. The thing I liked was how comprehensive Paul's attention to detail was and how lovely the mattresses are.

Customer was very good, delivery on time and very polite young men who delivered, but very disappointed you can’t be bothered to spell my name and surname correctly I.e Tery (Terry) Rositer (Rossitter) on all of the documents.
However l would recommend Dreams to friends and family.
