Good service from start to finish. Enjoyed lying on the bed to find out what mattress i required...very therapeutic. Store colleague who assisted us was very helpful and experienced. Thank you

Great service from start to finish
Ordered my new bed ensemble on the website. Really wasn't sure what the quality would be like but as it was for the spare room I went ahead.
I received confirmation of my order and a date of delivery.
The goods arrived on the due date and within the time frame advised. The drivers were very polite and professional. They wore Dreams uniform and were smartly turned out.
All my doubts to the quality of the goods were quashed.
I shall be ordering again for the master bedroom in the next few months.

Very Good Service
We were made very welcome, offered coffee. Skye was very knowledgable and very pleasant. We ordered a mattress and she let us have pillows free.

A great experience in Rugby store
A great experience in Rugby store. The staff were helpful and not overly pushy. They suggested trying their tech bed that weighed me and measured my sleeping position and then suggested a selection of suitable mattresses. I was then able to leave the store and have a think before deciding on the right one for me. Dreams and Bensons and Tempurr were all offering different promotions on the same products but Dreams offered the best one for what I wanted. My previous bed and mattress was from Dreams and so I already knew it was probably the safest place to go. The bedding arrived within 2 days of ordering and then the mattress itself arrived exactly when it was meant to.

Good service and reliable delivery
Bought a mattress. Great service from Mark in store who explained all the options very clearly. It certainly helped us narrow down and make a final decision! Good comms re: delivery. Luke and Clifton delivered bang on time and were very curteous. They even had shoe covers to avoid getting dirt from their boots on my carpets. Old mattress taken away and new one put in place with a smile. A smooth buying experience from start to finish.

Mattress arrived on time as promised. Was well wrapped in protective plastic sheeting. Delivery man told me the next steps before we started to use the mattress and how to look after it
