I already had a single mattress tempur hybrid elite which is so comfortable so when I wanted one for king size I had the soft one and it’s that comfortable i don’t want to get up in the morning get a really good nights sleep would recommend it

Annette was so helpful even though it was late nothing too much trouble we even tried that special bed brilliant Annette was absolutely brilliant friendly and kind nothing too much trouble Delivery was brilliant nothing too much trouble we are pensioners and they took the old bed away and they were friendly and helpful.

7 STAR company, they are the best, and SEALY ULTRA beds are the one, seriously you will not be disappointed
we bought a bed from dreams as we was recommended by a friend, they told us you get 100 days sleep and if its not right they will come and change it for whatever reason, we change it for the more expensive sealy ultra, which is the best bed we have ever had, its absolutely amazing, at 63 years old we've a few beds over the years but this company is 7 stars, all the staff are all amazing and can't do enough to help, seriously you have to give this company the chance they are so so good, remember a quarter of your life is in bed, you need a good nights sleep, this is what dreams do best,********@@@@@@@

The Absolute Superlative experience from start to end. Whilst choosing the bed and mattress customer service support was exceptional. Staff member was polite, knowledgeable, willing to help.
Delivery and assembly were another top notch experiences. Brilliant, mannerly, professional team. Punctual, friendly, well organised, they have made a perfect job . Highly recommended shop and delivery + assembly team and service. . 5 stars and hundreds of compliments.

Amazing staff
Catherine was excellent from the moment I entered the store. I didn’t feel pressured to buy at all. I was just given all the information I needed along with the sleep analysis. I went back in to make my purchase at a later date. Im happy with my purchase and will be a return customer.

the staff are so welcoming as soon as you enter the store they always ask if they can get you a drink, they are so imformative, i have suffered with my back for years and never had a good nights sleep so i went and purchased a matress from dreams, i`ll tell you something i have never sleeped as much and the matress is so comfy.

Sales person gave us lots of information and let us take our time to browse. All questions were answered for us and we had a really enjoyable experience picking our new bed. When we received it, everything that we needed to know about setting it up was discussed by the delivery team. Would definitely recommend Dreams if you are looking for a new bed
