Good comfort mattress, easy delivery which was on time with helpful staff to move into place.

Bed is amazing, best nights sleep ever.

Taylor (Preston branch) is exceptional in her role. I was looking for two double divans, 2 mattresses and one headboard. Her knowledge was vast and she was so patient with me, as I paid 3 visits to her and stayed in the showroom for quite some time on each!. Taylor listened to our comfort needs and recommended well according to our sleep type. There was no hard sell at all, like other competitors and as a customer would make me turn away, so it was a fun experience. Taylor is an asset to the team, professional throughout but also has a way that makes you feel you are not just a number in a showroom. This is so important as I look for customer service as well as excellent products, they go hand in hand. The products themselves are excellent and the tempur mattresses are fabulous and I have since had the best night sleeps and less aches and pains! Thanks again Taylor

Bed was delivered as scheduled, assembled and old bed removed all in one go.
Bed seems to be very solid and, in comparison with other suppliers, good value.

From the visit to the store, advice from the staff and delivery of our choice of bed everything was handled professionally and punctually.

The whole experience from entering the Dreams Shop and receiving the excellent installation has been beyond our hopes and dreams The choice of beds and mattresses was a bit daunting, but the store manager gave us good advice and allowed us to come to the realisation ourselves that taking the test on the machine would help us come to a decision that fit both our needs.
The installation at our home was seemless. Both the driver and the gentleman building and installing the bed were courteous, well informed, knew how to describe and show us the features, advised on ventilation of the mattress and filled us with confidence. Nothing was too much trouble.

Carol helped us choose a bed in an informative and helpful manner. We are pleased with the choice she has helped us make. Delivery was as promised and on time. Old mattress taken away with satisfaction of knowing it wasn’t joining the landfill mound.

my experience, with Shaqill and Carol in the store showing patience and making sure I got the right mattress for me very helpful, The 2 guys who delivered the bed ,Marcus and James went above and beyond with a difficult job ,spiral staircase and tight spaces with a King size bed!!

Very knowledgeable sales lady in the Preston store. Made selecting the right bed and mattress combination very straightforward. The order placed, day of delivery and fitting up selected. We were kept well informed of the actual time of arrival on the day. Arrived on time and efficiently set everything up within the hour. Could not fault Taylor, the sales lady or the delivery team.
