Excellent Customer Service!
What an incredible experience we had picking out our new mattress! We were welcomed by Guy who was so down to earth, informative and put us at ease with his banter. We spent a lot less than we thought we were going to and felt confident in our choice through the test mattress/program and Guy's advice. Having the mattress delivered and installed was such a breeze - truly such a stress free, simple and surprisingly fun purchase! We were so impressed by this experience that we immediately recommended the store to someone else and they got a mattress, too!

Guy made it a pleasure
Guy at the Porstalde store made it a pleasure to buy a bed from Dreams, he explained the different bases and mattresses and answered all our questions
After looking online, we had intended to visit various different bed shops to try them out before picking our bed, but we felt confident enough to order then and there.

Firstly the service in the store was excellent, kept up to date with delivery.
Delivery was on time and the delivery guys were so helpful and courteous.
I was able to put the bed together myself with no problems and have slept well as the bed and mattress are so comfortable, i would definitely recommend Dreams beds.

Time slot was perfect.
Well informed on what date our bed was going to be delivered, time slot was spot on. The 2 delivery men, Seb and Rob were most helpful and polite.

Great service from John
A great company with traditional values. I visited with my elderly mother and we were attended to by John who couldn't have been more helpful. There was never a rush and all he wanted to do was to find the mattress that best suited my mother's needs.
Well done! Good service is difficult to find nowadays and so far, the product is matching our expectation.
