The bed we got turned out to be just as hard as the orthopaedic bed we ditched for it.
Went back today to find that to change it would cost almost as much as we paid for your bed in the first place - £ 590 v £370 + £ 90 switching cost!
Not mentioned at purchase when we were told we had 100 nights to decide about keeping it at.

I visited Dreams at Coypol Plympton, on Saturday 18 th January. I had the diagnostic test… & also told him I suffer with chronic back pain, & have already had 3 bad experiences with other retailers. But unfortunately the young male assistant didn’t stick to the recommendations on the list. I felt like he was more interested in selling the most expensive mattress RATHER than the one that would have suited me most ! !

Friendly staff, patient and helpful and made sure to get us the best deal.

My new bed is superb the delivery team were great, thanks to Jack and his young assistant (name not known) The store is a beautiful place and Paul was perfect , excellent in every way. People, you do not need to go anywhere else for a new bed. GO TO DREAMS.

Paula who dealt with me was excellent throughout, the putting together with my sons help was ok apart from draw fronts the red line marker could have done with pilot holes as you have to consider carpet for the wheels and can be tight if you don’t move them slightly off the red marker that’s all great bed strong and a really good price in the Black Friday deal ,, I’ve already got a tempur mattress and even going for the spring slats at extra cost was ok but I’ll be tempted to get a softer mattress with yous at a later date much apppreciated and well done to Paula many thanks

We needed a new bed and as our previous one was from Dreams they were our first choice again. We were not disappointed. We used the bed machine to determine what our sleep positions meant. We now have a fab 2.5 drawer divan bed with a natural topped mattress. It is bliss... can't praise the staff enough. Well done Dreams at Plympton...

Very happy with purchase and it lives up to the product

Paul was extremely helpful, me and my partner went to dreams and had a look around two weeks ago, we tried several mattress and thought we’d have a think about it, we walked away and discovered we were going to go back, so today we went back in to purchase, Paul got us to use the sleep machine prior to today, he offered us a drink also showed us pillows and mattress protectors which we also purchased 5* customer service

Absolutely horrible! Definitely sold me a dream…. Horrible customer service. They had no idea what they was talking about! Also pretending to be a manager was laughable. The bed was made by dreams which I spent money on and they didn’t make it correctly causing it to break within a week of buying it. Bad quality. The after care from dreams was very poor and I’m very disappointed.

I had a very pleasant experience choosing a new mattress at Dreams, Plympton Plymouth. Paula helped me to choose the correct level of support and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery guys, kept me well informed on timings and were very polite and slick. So far I have had very comfortable nights' sleep and I am pleased with this product.

We came on to buy 2 mattress and was served by Paula, who went though our different needs, was very helpful and friendly, we left to look at different options and did not feel pressure to buy straight away, when we came back just as good as before would recommend for both customers service and quality of bed and delivery. Would definitely go back again.
