from the lady salesperson in the store to the delivery drivers all went well. the only thing i can fault is that you have to pay for them to take every thing away. just spent £1500 on a new bed and theycharged me £55 to get rid of just the matress, daylight robbery as far as im concerned

From visiting the store through to delivery, all staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady in the store was happy to spend as much time as possible making sure I got the mattress that best suited me. She answered all my questions, and helped me carry my other purchases to my car.
The delivery service ran extremely smoothly; I was kept up to date with the delivery times from 2 days previously. The two staff members were also very friendly and helpful and took my old mattress for recycling, plus all packaging material.

I called into my local Dreams Store in Peterbotough, to look for a new Ottoman bed as I needed some extra storage space. I spoke with the Manager of the store who introduced me to a lovely bed which was on sale. IHe gave me the measurements and I went home to make sure I had the needed space, which I did, and then returned the following day and purchased one of these. I elected to pay with your 10 monthly, interest free, plans and left the store knowing that my new bed would be delivered, built, and in place within a week. Excellent service by all staff. The delivery guys were great and very efficient when building my bed. Kept me informed, cleared all wrappings and boxes away and made sure my bed was positioned correctly etc. Fantastic service received by all personnel concerned. Thankyou so much.

I ordered a headboard from your Brotherhood, Peterborough store, the lady assistant was very helpful while I took time to make my final choice and went through the purchase and delivery process very clearly. The actual delivery was on time on the correct date, the delivery person was polite and put the headboard where I asked him to leave it. Overall I was pleased with whole process.

The drivers were early,they drive off as we needed to park in our space.,hubby had to get them backThere whole attitude was rubbish from start to finish.
Wakas in Peterborough may be great at taking the money the others I don't want to see again.Our time was 3.30.They arrived at 2 30.1 hour too early,very grumpy

We bought an ottoman bed from Dreams in November which we are pleased with. We needed another bed so thought we would go back there. What a bad move that was. We looked around, lifted up one of the ottoman beds only to be shouted at by a staff member, even though he was sitting at his desk with other customers. I looked at him, closed the bed and walked out. Went over to Furniture Village and bought a bed there. Would never use or recommend Dreams ever again
