Good quality bed.

The mattresses were a lot better than expected

Unfortunately both me and my husband got back pain one week after using mattress l. Hope you can help

Sharon the lady that showed us around and helped us choose our mattress was really helpful and even got us a special discount for extras duvet, pillows and mattress protector would highly recommend this store and there mattresses as we are extremely pleased with our decision all round amazing experience from walking in the door to walking out thanks to Sharon

Phenomenal service from Jay!
Me and my wife needed a bed for our guest room and had quite a lot of questions. Luckily we had Jay in store to help us and she answered all our questions and gave us expert advice.
We’d recommend this Dreams store alone just based on Jay!

We’ve now purchased the bed and look forward to delivery so our guests can enjoy!

Helpful and polite staff so we're the delivery people. Prices are a bit high... make money on everything dropping off, picking up etc

Sharon at the Perry Barr store was great and understood my needs. I do find Dreams to be on the higher side for price but did enjoy the experience. It is particularly important to me to find a mattress that will do me well in the long term so its good to use the sleepmatch and have someone available to talk me through my optio s

The Dreams sales person who looked after us when we visited the store was very helpful and took notice of our needs and directed us to the right beds

Members of staff was very considerate and helpful, had taken great care in helping to make sure that the right product was chosen to meet my nded.
Products were demonstrated, and explained carefully with great patience ensuring that there was good understanding on my behalf.
My entire experience was very pleasant .
Also great hot cholate on a very cold day.

It’s a Good product efficiently installed good job

On entering the store we were met by a smiling face and a friendly welcome. The salesman aske about our requirements and then let. Us try the appropriate mattresses. Whilst going through the ordering process, we were offered hot drinks. Nothing was too much trouble. David is a star.
