I had a lovely experience in-store. I wanted to try out the goods before purchase which was why I didn't want to shop online. Attentive and welcoming staff at Perry Barr and a good range of showroom stock on display.

Plenty of help and little pressure

Back in August I visited the Dreams store at Perry Barr, Birmingham looking for a new bed for my daughter who was returning home from university. David in store was particularly helpful - giving us plenty of time and advice to assess a variety of suitable beds and we eventually opted for an Ottoman bed with Fowey mattress There was no pressure selling. The delivery service was prompt and it was really easy to assemble. My daughter has had the bed for a few months now and is delighted with the comfort of the mattress and the storage that the ottoman offers. Really satisfied with the service and happy to recommend.

The shop assistant was very helpful

Tariq at the Perry Barr Birmingham was extremely helpful and made the process of buying the bed suited to me hassle free. Was complementary with drinks too while I waited for the paperwork to be submitted. Would definitely recommend speaking to Tariq for your next bed .

Wow! In purchasing our new mattress and bed David supported what can be a bit of a minefield especially when you're on a budget. His calm, relaxed approach was excellent. He gave detailed advice, demonstrating his knowledge of the products. He showed true professionalism conducting the whole process to ensure we were happy with our choices. He provided extra advice and helped me carry our purchases to the car. All in all he made our day and we felt we spent our hard earned money very well and have good quality products to show for it.

Excellent 1-2-1 service offered by our local Dreams store they provided solutions and recommendations and based on that we were able to purchase a mattress, we were able to test several mattresses before picking the best one which you cannot do in other shops. The staff were really helpful. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

It a nice comfortable bed, but it's lower than I thought it was going to be.

I recently purchased a king-size bed from Dreams, and I couldn’t be happier. The whole experience—from browsing in store to delivery—was smooth and professional. The staff were knowledgeable and helped me choose the right mattress for my needs. Delivery was on time, and the team set everything up perfectly. The bed itself is incredibly comfortable and looks stunning in the room.

There was a variety of beds to choose from and we were given appropriate guidance. Also my mother who has dementia she was shown understanding and empathy and actual supportive of myself as a daughter am finding our current situation very difficult so thanks.

If I could give 0 I would disgusting thief company with appalling customer service purchased a mattress for £2000 with warranty it’s lost shape the firmness and cooling and no one at dreams is answering the phone to us or helping plz stay away I’m so shocked at this disgusting

Went into Dreams just to browse, I had a look around with no hassle told them what I was looking for, they gave me a couple of options I picked one..... the best choice ever.!!.... Delivered within a couple of days, I was also kept informed by the driver with time slot and a on my way message with ETA Absolutely Quality Bed very robust..

The service in store, and the delivery service also.

As soon as I entered the shop in Perry Barr I was welcomed and was shown to the bed computer. I was then politely shown products that matched my needs and the decision was left to me. There was no pressure "sales pitch" just description of products details. The actual purchase proceeded smoothly. As an O.A.P. It was reminiscent of the old fashioned friendly personal service of old.

A very big thank you to Jay & David for all the help we received from them in choosing our new bed. Jay was very helpful and polite and professional in her job. David was very helpful in helping us aswell and thank you for the 2 mugs we were given. Top marks for customer service and support keep up

My new bed delivered as scheduled. The two drivers came and assembled my new bed to which the bottom of my bed the four panels that were meant to be secure weren't! The two drivers were in a hurry to go to the next job. I had to fix the issue myself. This is a service I paid for! Won't use Dreams again due to very poor workmanship
