Member of staff who greeted us was very professional and helpful. She helped us make the right decision on the mattress we purchased. Exactly what we required, practically and financially. Several weeks in we are still enjoying a perfect and comfortable nights sleep. I had a hip replacement operation a couple of weeks ago and the mattress has been a bonus with regards to my recovery.

Welcomed on arrival. Used bed to match sleep requirements. Okay so far but only had bed delivered two weeks ago. Delivery was superb. Kept in touch of Delivery.

the people working for dreams were polite ,helpful and cheerful and new their jobs.nothing reasonable seemed to difficult.my daughter was over the moon with her new bed very comfortable,relaxing and a good nights sleep.

It’s took me a couple of weeks to get use to it

I paid £1200 for a mattress which I had to return as it was so uncomfortable so I changed it to a orthopedic mattress or so I thought but on inspection it turns out the top of the mattress is approximately 2" thick & the bottom part only feels like springs ORTHOPEDIC MY FOOT ,TOTAL RIPOFF serves me right for expecting dreams to give me what I paid for & not give me a suɓ standard excuse for a proper orthopedic mattress. I will not be buying anything from them again & neither should any more decent honest hard working people . Shame on you dreams! I'm now stuck with a soft mattress which leaves me in pain every morning as it's making my disability causing me more discomfort. Well done dreams you should feel richer with all the monies you swindle people out of.

Great customer service. Identified needs immediately (guest bedroom) and pitched the mattress types accordingly. Valued Usha’s input at the store and will return when purchasing a mattress for myself.
