We had a wonderful experience
We had a wonderful experience, and Steve made the whole process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. He was very friendly, well-mannered, and professional throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, he stayed with us the entire time while helping us choose the right bed and mattress. He carefully listened to our needs and budget and showed us all the available options without any pressure.
Steve explained everything clearly and guided us through different bed frames and mattress choices, making it easy for us to compare and decide. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the best option within our budget. His customer service was excellent, and he made us feel comfortable and valued throughout the visit.
We also visited with children, who were quite troublesome at times, but Steve handled the situation very calmly and kindly. He remained friendly, understanding, and professional the whole time, which we really appreciated. His positive attitude and patience made the experience stress-free for us.
Overall, we received excellent service and had a very good experience. We would definitely recommend Steve to anyone looking for honest advice and friendly customer service.

Customer service was ok but months later my mattress is absolutely not good. I am experiencing back pain due to the mattress.

We were desperate for a new bed
We were desperate for a new bed, after having a bad experience from another supplier, we went to dreams. From the very start of our visit, we were very well looked after. Found the very bed we dreamed of, everyone at dreams was very helpful. Even had a nice cup of tea. ( hubby was disappointed that they didn't do bacon rolls)Ha, Ha!
