From the moment we walked into the store staff were really helpful and there was no pressure at all to buy.The delivery was great and communication was great.

The sales person allowed us lots of time to find out which type of bed suited us. The beds are extremely comfortable and the guys who set them up for us were very professional and tidy.

Great support and advice from Lisa. We now know what will work in our new flat and plan to return once contract is signed.

Truly pleasant, professional staff in the shop, the lady really did know the products, was helpful without being pushy. Delivery on promised timescale , delivery staff also pleasant. Happy with the purchase.

We went into Dreams in the Newcastle Quays Outlet, and Lisa was amazing. She explained all the different types of mattresses, their benefits and whether they would work for us. Me and my partner did the sleep match which gave us recommendations. Lisa then showed us through each one and explained how they would benefit our needs. She was very friendly and made our day. Excellent, and not pushy, sales team gave me time to look around at the beds in their show room. The Sleepmatch system in-store helped me to find my perfect mattress, and I have had the best sleep in a long time. I am delighted with the quality of my mattress, ottoman bed and headboard. Very classy!
The 2 lads who built-up my bed and took away my old bed and mattress, were excellent. They respected my property , cleared away any mess and did a cracking job. I can totally recommend Dreams for quality products.

We'd been looking for a king size bed for a while and tried a couple of other sites before Dreams and found the service from the staff in the showroom was excellent.We tried several beds and found a really comfortable one so ordered bed,mattress and headboard. We were given a delivery date and then a call the day before delivery with a 2hour time slot. The delivery lads were polite and professional. It was a wet day and they put overshoes on to bring the bed up to the bedroom.
Would highly recommend using Dreams for a new bed.

The Dreams bed shop is clean and spacious. The staff very friendly and helpful. The choice of mattress and price was very good. The mattress is for my son and he is sleeping very comfortably.

From the minute we enter the shop the staff put us at ease no pressure to spend lots our budget was respected. Having not understood the many types of mattress available to us we were shown and explained to easily the benefits of all. When the guys delivered calls were made to us before hand with correct time. At no point have we had any issues. Five star. We would suggest to all a visit would be helpful.

wide choice of beds and mattresses. We got a bed with four large drawers and a firm mattress and we are having the best nights sleep every night.
