Great service and delivery of bed and base.

Staff were really helpful and efficient. The bed arrived on time and the guys who put it together were brilliant. Great experience can’t fault it

The sleep match was excellent in telling what sort of mattress I needed. Rich was very good in explaining what happened when I lay on it, as I had never been on it before. He came back, when it had finished and went through its suggestions. So tried out what was recommended and one that Rich suggested was similar. I tried them all a few times, picking out two I liked best. Then I told Rich I had to think about it and I'd be back. The very next day I was back. I ordered the one I wanted. Thank you Rich, you didn't rush me, you were very good at explaining everything. Excellent customer service.

Richard, Salesman was polite, pleasant and very helpful and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble and I was very pleased with the purchase I made. I was greeted with a smile, offered a drink, offered a pillow, used the SleepMatch and totally satisfied with the service. I also want to thank the two men who delivered my mattress - Reece & Jake - again efficient, pleasant and professional. Excellent service. I would certainly recommend your store.

We were informed by the delivery drivers what time they would be here and they were on time. We moved our cars so they could unload our bed easier. They removed our old bed and mattress with minimal disturbance and erected our new bed they explained how things worked the ottoman side and gave good advice on the mattress. Steve and Corey were very friendly and professional.

Purchased a new mattress from Dreams, we bought a bed and mattress just over 5 years ago and decided the mattress needed updating.
We used the sleep match system in store to determine the best suited mattresses, and tried them in the showroom before we chose.
Ordering was very straightforward. The delivery arrived and the mattress was carried up to the room and fitted to the bed, they also removed the old mattress and took it away (additional service but worth it).
Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend to anyone needing a new bed or mattress. There were great deals on when we purchased.

All our dealings with the Company were excellent. Richard in the showroom at Macclesfield couldn't have been more helpful. The delivery of our new mattress happened well within the timeslot allocated, regular updates were provided and the two gentlemen delivering it were pleasant, efficient and professional.

from start to finish the experience was first class, in store we were greeted on arrival, the order process was straight forward, I was kept informed on delivery dates and given a time when they would arrive. when they arrived with my delivery the men were courteous and polite, they put the delivery exactly where i asked them to. I will always use Dreams for beds as i have found them the best company in comparison to others
