From the time I walked into Dreams in Luton until I received my bed every thing from help to choose a bed to sleeping on the first night was seamless.
They informed me at every stage via text, and kept to the time table without fault.
I would reccomend Dreams every day.

Excellent service, Delivery Service and staff. Thinking of buying double bed for guest room within 3 weeks

I bought Tempur mattress which from Luton with 100 days comfort guarantee and 10 years warranty, the mattress was defective and on my request it sent representatives who were very rude and unprofessional refused to replace per guarantee with excuse there was small dirt which was easily cleaned but they left, I called customer service but their response was very unsatisfactory and unacceptable professionally as they breached their warranty

Have made a purchase from dreams on a mattress I cannot rate them highly enough it was a very clean bright lighted store so you can see what you was buying the sleep match machine matched and scan your body and gave results of which mattress would be suitable for you the staff went above board tea and coffee whilst you was browsing you was left with pillows to lie on the beds to make sure that they were what you wanted it was not rushed I felt totally at ease.
The process of buying a bed was made more understanding with the help of the staff this is the Luton branch I have experienced such professionalism in a company like this if I could give 100% I would this is my experience and this review is reflecting my experience of my purchase of a new double mattress. Delivery was no problem yes you have to charge like you do most of the time it was reasonable and they will drop the mattress off and take it to your bedroom not just leave it in the hallway and expect you to put it on your bed

As someone with ongoing spinal issues, I truly appreciated his knowledge, empathy, and the care he took to ensure we made the right choice. Friendly and professional, made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.

Arrived on time as I live on my own two men helped me with taking my old mattress away.The mattress is so comfortable I don’t want to get out .

On arrival I was met by a very friendly sales assistant by the name of Kam, He was Very helpful. Loved the body scan for the mattress I was thinking of. With my chosen mattress follow up dealt with quickly.

I strongly advise avoiding the Luton branch of Dreams and opting for their online service instead. I called on Saturday, March 21st, at 12:54 PM to check stock and click-and-collect options, and was met with an incredibly rude and patronising attitude from the staff member who answered.

Customer service should be helpful, not condescending. This interaction was so unpleasant that I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this specific location. Save yourself the stress and just order through the website or visit a different branch.
